Do not use this company. The owner is a snake and allows his employees to financially take advantage of girls. Nothing but lies and deception the entire process. I can't stress it enough, please do not ever use this company. They steal your money and the owner takes zero responsibility of the behavior of his drivers. Currently filing a lawsuit against them now. All I can say is that if you have the choice to walk to your event or take this limo company, I highly recommend you walk because these idiots are the shadiest people I ever encountered.

Website is bait n switch. Dont believe rates on site get quote and be sitting down. ON A SUNDAY they told me 5 hour minimum and quote came in at almost $700 they're website said starting at 75 an hour for stretch lincoln with two hour minimum ended up being double that with no explanation. Will look elsewhere as I cant stand when a business does that. One would think with carona etc they would be more competitive

First charged us an 8% credit card processing fee when making the deposit that he did not warn us about. less than 24 hours before pick up of the 1st day Agreed, we called for confirmation and that’s when the owner told us the bus had broke down and we were actually going to have a different ride than agreed on and our group would be divided into 2 groups . One of the limos didn’t have A/C nor music . On top of that we might not even have transportation for day 2. This is all less than 24 hours before pick up. The music took 45 minutes to start working. A party bus without the party. This inside was very out dated and the driver threw away all of our goody bags that had stuff inside of them while we were at dinner and didn’t even ask us. On top of that we had the party bus from 7-12 already running late bc of the music the driver said not to treat this like an Uber and wasn’t going to be stopping certain places that weren’t far at all in within 8 minutes if the original address. Not what you think! Look into the vehicle before renting them

We rented the limo for senior prom ; the kids said the limo kept braking down ! They had to sit there - the driver kept opening the doors to cool them down . The air conditioning didn’t work . They said the music was blue tooth but the kids had to use a cord to get it working. So make sure you bring a cord to play music. I contacted the business and he just said sorry - I get that there was not a lot for them to do after the problem occurred but you should have the vehicles up to date if we’re renting them for $1000. Disappointing

I called Ballantyne Limo at the last minute to see if they had a limo for a birthday celebration. They had one available and Benjamin was our driver. He was so polite and professional and accommodating. The limo was clean and really nice inside. We had such a great time! I would definitely recommend them. Thank you!

Emil was our driver! He arrived 10 minutes earlier. Inside we find bottles of water and ice to help us celebrate !!! He truly cares about what we need and he went above and beyond to make sure my husband, family and friends were comfortable , had what they needed and were happy! We had the best time inside the limousine that we think we have ever had! Thank you so much Ballantyne Limousine for making my husband birthday dinner drive absolute amazing! Was about to be stranded at Charlotte airport when I googled car service in Charlotte NC. Ballantyne popped up and I called but my call kept failing. The owner had taken my call and tried texting me. It worked. We arranged a caR pickup to take me to Raleigh. My flight delayed and delayed over several hours before it canceled and I rebooked for the next day.
I was picked up the following day in Charlotte at the airport and driven to Raleigh long before my connection could have gotten me there.

The worst experience. I was quoted $650 and once we were dropped off I was charged a total of almost $1200. I never signed anything or received a receipt. This amount doesn't include the $300 I "tipped" the driver. The company wouldn't respond to my complaint. Don't allow them the chance to steal from you too.

We purchased a limo for our party. We got there and it was EXTREMELY hot inside. The driver made up excuses as to why it was hot the entire drive to uptown. The owner sent out a bus instead to pick us up on our way back. Clearly we had to go in another vehicle because it was so hot but that is not at all what we paid for. I should have read the reviews prior to booking.

I rented a limo for a nice experience for his birthday and that is not what I got.
The driver was very nice and polite.
But the limo was not nice at all! It was old, outside had dents and dings, rust on the outside. The doors didn't even stay open unless someone held them open. The interior was old and you had to push so hard on the buttons to make anything work. The car bounced so much because the car was old and probably needs new shocks. Hard

My husband booked Ballantyne Limousine as a surprise for my birthday. Due to unforeseen circumstances we asked to reschedule- keep or deposit but let us reschedule. You see, our 6 week old son was admitted to Levine Children's hospital. He was hooked up to IVs, given test after test, x Ray after X-ray, shot after shot... I spent my birthday and the 4 days following in the hospital caring for my baby and praying for his recovery. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I reserved a limo a week in advance to pick up my boss & family to take them to the airport for their vacation. I emailed back and forth with Emil and confirmed the date, time and address several times. They were supposed to pick up my boss & family at home at 6am on a Saturday and take the to the airport. They never showed so my boss called and the driver was AT THE AIRPORT! Then my boss had to scramble to get everyone loaded and drove himself to the airport almost missing their flight.
