Don’t use this service. Drivers are reckless and rude. Not only with passengers in the car, but without as well. They are a danger to others around them. I’ve used this transportation company years ago and he swerved in and out of traffic and did not follow the rules of the road. But tonight, I had a driver swerve at me and honestly try to run me off the road for no reason. He then followed me for a couple miles and tried to take pictures of my vehicle and license plate. I had to take a different way home and I almost called the police as I felt unsafe. LICENSE PLATE: LMK B17, van number: 203

Driver was on time, but when I got in the van the other morning I nicely asked if he minded wearing a mask, he said he doesn't even own one and then went on to assault me with his ultra-conservative views about this and that for the rest of the drive.
Sorry folks, but there is too much Covid still around to ride in a car with someone you don't know for 30 minutes unprotected. It's not fair to your customers.

My Parents and I took MBA for the first time ever since we have been going to Southwest Florida for 20+ years driver 215 was very nice & super friendly and professional he took us from the airport to our destination in Naples I would definitely use this service again and definitely recommend this to my family & friends

These drivers are awful. I've had them cut me off in traffic on MANY occasions. They speed and run red lights constantly. I don't understand how they hire such unsafe drivers. FYI, Lyft and Uber will pick up and drop off at the airport for a fraction of the price! You just have to drop the pin outside of the airport and then call or text the driver.
There's no reason for this company to have a monopoly at the airport. Other airports have specific places for Uber and Lyft drivers to pick up their passengers.

Its almost impossible to call their main number and get a helpful reliable person. After the phone rings a dozen times, someone answers and puts you on hold for 5 minutes. If you have the patience to wait, a usually very rude person finally answers and then asks several questions before transferring you to " dispatch" where you get to wait again for several minutes before some else comes on the phone and asks the same questions over again. Usually that will get you a ride. On one occasion the driver never showed and on another i was told all taxis were sold out for my time frame. While this doesn

I haven’t used this service but I had one of their vans behind me on the road riding my bumper. He passed me and weaved between cars going much faster than the 40 mph limit.
Very reckless driving and yet all he accomplished was beating everyone else to the red lights because there he sat at everyone of them.
I called the company in Fort Myers and the answering service transferred me to someone in the office. When I started telling her about their driver she hung up on me.
Van 208 in Fort Myers is probably not a safe one to be on.

Will lie to you and rip you off to get more money.
I had a terrible day of travel because of delays and missed connections, I finally land at RSW at 12:30am and get in line to get a cab. There are four people in line, the MBA transportation guy starts asking where everyone is going. I tell him where I'm going and he tries to pair me up with other people in the line, telling me he can save me money.
I tell him that I have been traveling for almost 11 hours and It's almost 1am and I don't care about money I just want to get where I'm going as fast as possible. I say I want the quickest route home
