Taxi Drivers: Taxi Drivers operate taxicabs throughout Lee and Collier Counties. We are regulated by the City of Fort Myers and Collier County ordinances. All drivers must obtain either a City of Fort Myers Taxicab Permit, or Collier County Hack License. We offer day and night shifts. Full time and part time positions available.

The guy on the phone continuously gave a wrong ETA. First call I get an ETA of 25 to 30 minutes. Second call, half an hour after they were suppose to show, I call and get an ETA of 25 min. I call a third time when they are suppose to be there, and ask for the status in which the man on the phone said it's still gonling to be a while. I point out that if he cannot give a realistic eta then he is horrible at his job, he proceeds to blame traffic multiple times. This is new years morning, barely any traffic on the road. Apparently booking a Cab many hours in advance doesn't mean you'll actually get one. Scheduled a ride 9 hours in advance because of the hour I needed a ride and the importance. When the cab didn't show I called and was told they "were super busy and didn't know when they'd get to me"! REAL HELPFUL

I’ve used this company while my car has been in the shop. Yesterday, I called for a pickup at a dealership, and they never showed. I called to see where my taxi was and they said it was never scheduled because I just called to ask an ETA. Not true, but I d used this service before so I gave them another chance. I called this morning and scheduled an 8 am pickup. At 8:06 I called and asked where my driver was. I was informed that it was shift change and they were short drivers and that they had not even scheduled a dispatch for my pick up yet. They were sorry but couldn’t create drivers out

Today I was picked up from the airport by driver #271. I have to say it was the best service I have ever received from start to finish. She was on time and respectful. She was fun to talk to and I felt so safe with her driving me to my destination. I loved that she offered me a water and a snack especially after a long day of travel on a plane. The vehical was so clean and sanitized. I will be using this company and especially #271 if possible for my future airport rides or other places I need to go.

Great price for ride to airport. We had Michelle (#271) and she was excellent. Talked about sports, politics and some great hidden restaurants. Well worth the price. No need to worry about parking the car or having to find it when we return. Great service.
