CSO has a 5/5 star rating for good reason. Picked up ASAP, great communication all the way around, competitive price. Bruce (aka Hot Rod) the driver, was super experienced, had a brand new truck, and was an all around great guy. All in all super accommodating. I'd definitely use CSO again. Great business to work with.

Charged my credit card for more money after the shipment was completed. When we called and asked why, he was hostile and swearing at us and told us that the GPS was wrong and his driver had to drive more. We had the drivers number directly and the driver said he never mentioned any extra driving to Silverio.

This was a life saver. During a truck crisis this was a godsend on helping us move to Texas. From Both Sil the owner and Mike ‘Watermelon’ the driver, excelled in any of my expectations. Communication was top notch, working with us, being patient with us, and just great all around and professional people. Highly recommend!!! Worst experience of my life trying to use this company. I wish I had read the reviews first. We paid 100% upfront and we got into an argument with the owner because the shipment was 2 weeks late. The shipment was stuck halfway between the destination and my shop. The owner had his subcontracted driver leave my equipment 800 miles from me and kept my full deposit.

Excellent service!! 5+++ stars! Sil and his drivers were a pleasure to work with, they made everything happen seamlessly despite some hurdles we presented, this being our first time shipping a 20' container. All our things arrived in perfect condition. The price was very reasonable. Great communication, always polite and friendly, and timely responses to all my inquiries. Will absolutely work with these folks in the future, and recommend them to all our friends!

PLEASE READ: I had a time specific delivery needed for a railroad flatcar used as a bridge to get delivered. Went through U-Ship but, everyone gave a 5 day window from when to pick up to when to delivery. I had to have it on a specific day because that is when the crane was reserved. Another trucking company that could guarantee shipment was 5K more than CSO Specialized. I talked to Sil and he kept in constant contact where my delivery was. The driver was a pro delivering the 90' long car to my business. I highly recommend!!!

I can't say enough good things about this trucking company. The communication was excellent. The driver was polite and courteous. The trailer and tractor were in great shape. Our Cat loader arrived safely and undamaged. They coordinated (and never complained to us!!) with the auction pickup site manager who may have been less than helpful. I appreciate all the extra they did for us. We would absolutely use them again.

5+++ stars. Bought at auction, shipped across US - sight unseen. My business philosophy is very simple...Do what you say you will, if not - call. CSO kept me posted and answered all my questions and concerns. Trucking is a tough industry that is unappreciated - I respect those in the business. Thanks to CSO for this positive experience.
