Called them this morning at 10:14am to get a cab ride to Sun Splash Water "park." From our address, it states the park is only 6 miles away. After speaking with them, they estimated a 30 minute wait, which was fine. We understand how busy it is here. After waiting for 50 minutes, we called them back and they told us they thought someone was playing a prank on them. We then explained the address again, which is exactly what we were using on our smart phones and it has always been able to bring us directly back to the town house. They proclaimed how sorry they were and for us to go back inside and

Great Service and great rates from Peter at Academy Taxi! I ordered a taxi the evening before we were flying back to Canada. I requested to have a minivan for 10am. Peter showed up at 5 minutes before 10 and helped us load our luggage and car seats into the van. We were at the airport in plenty of time, had great conversation on route and most importantly, a safe drive. On our next vacation in Cape Coral/Fort Myers, we will definitely be calling Peter for our airport departure.

We used them for a ride to RSW while we were in Cape Coral. The dispatcher was polite and professional. The car was right on time (3:30 am) and it was nice and clean, the driver was very nice and we had a wonderful conversation even at that early hour. I would absolutely recommend them and will use them again next time.
