Dr. Varkey and her front desk team are the best!!
Since working downtown many years ago, I’ve been a patient of Dr. Varkey. I’ve always appreciated the perfect combination of personality and professionalism demonstrated by the entire team, to which point I’ve continued to be a customer despite no longer presently working in the downtown area.
Dr. Varkey is extremely knowledgeable, has wonderful etiquette and is a genuinely great person. The front desk is equally friendly and thorough; and the selection of glasses (if needed) are always enough.

Simply another wonderful visit to Vision Source Downtown. I actually look forward to these visits. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and efficient - especially Dr. Varkey. This last visit was during the COVID-19 pandemic and the office was well prepared to ensure patients their safety and comfort was a top priority. I also appreciate how Dr. Varkey explains procedures and results. I no longer work downtown, so visiting Vision Source Downtown is not a convenient location for me but I would not consider going anywhere else.

From the moment I entered and was welcomed with the kindest smiles from staff, to the moment I was put back in the office waiting for Dr. Varkey, my first visit was nothing but pleasant! Dr. Varkey was very sweet, thorough and informative. I never felt like another number in line to see the doc. She was recommended by 2 co-workers and they love her. Now, I love her too! I highly recommend her!!!

Dr. Varkey is excellent. She is patient, friendly and certainly committed to the well-being of her patients. She's located right below the Esperson building, which is super convenient if you work downtown. I was in and out in less than an hour. Her staff is very friendly and incredibly accommodating. Prices are fair -- I don't have vision insurance, but they offer a 20 percent discount for the exam and purchases. I am very, very pleased and I will certainly be back.
