When I had my decorating business this place was always my first stop of the day. They had so many items I was like in a candy store for florists and decorators. Humongous selection of ribbons to match anything you may need ribbons for. And for all those knick knacks that go with centerpieces this is the place. The staff was always so helpful in helping me to find those rare items I was always seeking.

My daughter and I volunteered to do the flowers for my son's wedding on 2-22-2020. I have an interior design background and have done flowers before but this was a large undertaking. We selected the flowers and greens we wanted at Matranga and placed our order with Fred well in advance of Valentine's Day. One week after Valentine's we picked up our roses, kale and gunny eucalyptus and everything was fresh and well packed. The bride's and bride's maids bouquets were beautiful and the table arrangements were stunning. Fred was great to work with. If you have any floral needs

Sadly disappointed. I expected better since this business had pretty good reviews. However, I purchased white roses from them for my wedding centerpieces which were not fresh to say the least. I noticed immediately at their warehouse and the owner said to not worry and just peel the outer petals off. Well Friday night, I opened a bundle and ALL the roses in the middle were dead! I had to throw away dozens of roses (and $)! It was too late to go back and complain since we had to get the centerpieces out first thing in the morning.

Such a lovely place with great people! I highly recommend for floral needs large and small. My friend and I went to buy flowers for her small wedding... which was the next day, and also a few days before Valentine's Day. So basically very short notice and on a busy weekend. They were so happy to help us out and made sure we got everything we needed/wanted. The selection was amazing and the wedding was beautiful because of it - and totally on budget. Thank you so much!!

Incredible place! Purchased all the flowers I needed for my wedding and my family and I put them all together (even the ones for my bouquet!) great service and they have all the different flowers you could want for a great price! They also have lots of different types of vases and all the extras you need to make your own arrangements. Will definitely come here again!

Without a doubt giving Matranga Wholesale Florists 5- Stars. I'm from out of town and was having my wedding in Carmel over NYE weekend. I spoke with Fred a couple weeks before I arrived. He was very helpful!! Went to pre order my flowers beginning of week and picked up NYE day. Not only were the flowers beautiful, they were well worth the price!! Got enough to make a bouquet 6 table arrangements and one large arrangement for the price I was quoted for just my bouquet. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing flowers for wedding or any even in the area. An easy drive from Monterey
