As an exercise and movement specialist certified in physiotherapy, Dr. Jason Rogers is passionate about helping his patients create optimal health combining yoga with chiropractic care as a lifestyle and long term health practice. He is also a 200 RYT yoga teacher, certified professional tennis instructor, and personal trainer certified by ONNIT Academy (in Foundations, Durability, Steel Mace, Kettlebell, and Steel Clubs).
One-on-one consultation with Dr. Rogers where you can ask in-depth questions to create the best solutions tailored to your specific needs. Includes x-rays, posture screen assessment, and exam. These may include soft tissue work, physical therapy, adjusting, massage, stretching, taping, exercise training, posture/workplace ergonomics advice.
Rogers provided me with care while I suffered from chronic lower back pain. He helped me identify the source of my issues (long commutes and long hours at a desk) and find ways to reduce the strain of the drives/work schedule that I couldn't avoid. He also listened to my different pains and issues and helped treat them through his hands-on healing.

If your looking for a good chiropractor look no further . I’m a former college athlete that was having a lot of shoulder, hip flexor and back pain . Not only did Jason treat all my issues he took the time to help me understand why these issues were happening. I left my appointment feeling relief but more importantly with a detailed easy to follow action plan on how to prevent the same issues from occurring . Highly recommend going to Austin Yoga and Chiropractic!!

I have been working with Jason for a couple years now and came in pretty messed up he quickly got me doing some physical therapy aligned my joints and calmed my nervous system down. He educated me on how we store emotion in our body and how to move through that. Every time I go see him he teaches me a new micro mechanic that benefits my posture and overall self confidence. I just saw him the other day and he taught me chin tucks to tuck my chin more and lengthen through my crown. I notice a huge difference in my being. Go see him you will not regret it.

Jason is SO knowledgeable about the body and alignment. Any time I'm feeling a bit "off" - whether it be persistent headaches, a pesky pinched sciatic nerve, or post--travel aches and pains - Jason always puts me back together again. Just yesterday he was able to squeeze me in after a new onset of hip pain and this morning I'm completely pain free. He's been my go to guy in Austin for body and alignment and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great chiropractor!

Jason has helped me identify knee pain that was originating from my right hip being lower having spent years wake boarding and snowboarding on one side. Dr Rogers and the entire staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the human body. I've been a patient of theirs for about a year and a half and wouldn't go to anybody else! I came in with a slumped posture and a recurring tick in my neck; both have been eliminated at this point. He used x-ray photos, adjustments, and exercise tips to fix my issues. I keep coming back because who doesn't enjoy getting adjusted?

I have been seeing Dr. Rogers for the last two years. He is very knowledgeable and skilled in chiropractic work. I like the fact that he explains the problem that I have in a way that I can understand. He also gives me ideas to help me maintain the adjustments. My chronic back problem has improved with his help. I recommend Dr. Rogers, especially if you have neck or back problems. He and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Many times I call on the same day that I would like to see him and he works to get me in as soon as possible. I really appreciate that.
