It was a little rocky for a few months. However, now that Manuel is here things have gotten a lot better. Work orders are being attended to, office is always open, Manuel takes the time answer questions and attend needs. Parking has been an issue but has gotten a lot better. Overall, I see a lot of potential. Only downside is that the gym has been closed. Would also love to see a doggy walk

This was one of the easiest moves I experienced. Valerie was amazing at helping us get setup and the maintenance was always quick and efficient. We were in the back and it was always quiet aside from the kids playing (which is never a bad thing) and we never had issues with any of the neighbors. Everyone was friendly and courteous. Still the cheapest 3 bedroom I am able to find in San Diego. The only con was the parking, which I was told about well in advance before moving in. Would recommend and would not hesitate to come back.

While this place has its issues, the management really tries to keep everything up. Valerie is always so helpful, kind, and understanding of any problems we have. The laundry facilities have issues, but Valerie is constantly putting in work orders for them to be fixed. A lot of the issues are caused by residents overstuffing the machines or slamming the machine doors, causing them to break. If you have any bug issues, Valerie will send Terminex to your apartment. I get bait put down every six months as a preventative measure and don't usually have any issues in between applications. Valerie

I moved in May and planned on staying a couple years for school but I can't wait to move out when my lease ends.
1.) PARKING IS A SERIOUS PROBLEM. I have waited up to two hours for a parking spot and it's extremely unfair that parking isn't guaranteed for residents who pay a lot of money.
2.)The pricing is a little high for the quality of living here.
3.) Walls are very thin and neighbors are very noisy. Maybe it's because of the old infrastructure but weird smells travel through each apartment unit, so if your next door neighbors are cooking you can bet you'll also be

Do you hate to sleep? Do you like loud noises all the time? Like to hear your neighbors at all hours of the day and night? Like living with other uninvited friends aka bugs mainly cockroaches? THEN THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!!! The walls thin people are rude and you won't sleep past 7:30am, so don't think on your day off you get to have some rest. Trash, broken beer/ liquor bottles on the regular. The speed limit on the main road is 35 mph but people treat it like a drag strip so if you live near the road good luck there. If I could I would give this place no stars. We went to fill out an application to move in, they said that they don’t check anything on credit just evictions. We got so excited went to go get a money order came back and ran our credit did everything and they asked if our credit was good or not and we said well we have a repo on a credit and they said that that counts as an eviction! And kept on telling us that we won’t get approved and sent us on our way being very rude about it... like you couldn’t have asked before u pretty much stole our money and then told us after that we probably won’t

If I could give zero stars I would. Lived here for 2 years. Property Management thst runs this place really could careless. The crime rate in this area is horrible! Lots of drug dealing and security was never around when needed! Walls are paper thin, you can literally hear your neighbors convo clearly, without even having to try. And no they are not yelling, just talking in a normal voice. They are also infested with Roaches!!!! And I mean everywhere! Spraying and having pest control come weekly does nothing. They will never get rid of the roaches, cause they are not willing to treat each unit

Molds everywhere rudest maintenance you will ever encounter you ask them to live their shoes outside they'll give you attitude like there's no tomorrow and will not even comply to what you have ask for... Office will not give you notice when they turn off the water and yes it does happen very often... If you call office and no one answer just go there ow yes their there just don't want to answer the phone you live a message good luck never did not even once they called me back parking space is a head ache they'll tell you there's enough for 2 car for every apartment reality
