If I could give then zero stars I would! They showed my son a newly remodeled apartment then gave them a roach infested stale smelling unit! We were told by the neighbors that 8 people were living in this 1 bedroom apartment! They did call have the exterminator come and get rid of the roaches however the stench never went away! They paid their rent 1/2 on the 15th and the balance on the 1st, the company went to a new system on the 1st collection the full amount instead of the 1/2 that was due causing theie account to be over drawn and charged them a late fee! Saying to bad! It was over a holiday

I came to look at these apartments and unfortunately there is not a 1 bedroom apartment available for me or I would have rented. The Manager was very professional and personable.
The complex appeared very quiet, clean and kept up. Rates are reasonable! The manager referred me to other properties with availability and I was able to find something thanks to her help!
