I'm reviewing in regards to the unsatisfactory discovery I made while inquiring about the property.
After calling about touring an apartment at The Park 35 a worker told me that I would NOT be able to view the apartment until AFTER I leased it. This is absolute fraud and could be a direct reflection of why this location is rated a 2.8 out of 5 stars.
I don't know if this is something your higher ups are aware of but if this is the way you all "care" for your tenants, I definitely don't want any parts. I completely understand that with covid precautions in place you all may be either short staffed

I give this place 5 stars they just need to change the late evening security before they get hurt or get someone hurt 🤕 they are awful especially the skinny one and the short guy who smokes on the job and they both don't be professionally dress. The only one that's professional is the older looking guy that works in the morning, the apts should hire him full-time and let the other company go.

I stayed there for 4 years it was ok in the beginning maintenance was horrible the whole 4 years over turns in property management the apartments are not worth the price they only clean your carpet no replacement until you move out gate never work ppl was killed in the apartment I'm glad I was able to get out of there and bought me a house property management now she is ok I never had screens inside my window they need to do better for the money they are charging for rent they are basis there rent from Kensington Station and east lake apartments

Nina was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! After receiving my application fee she told me I could not view the apartment before processing a credit check and receiving check stubbs!!! This is definitely fraud to the HIGHEST who would agree to the process before viewing the property!! The one star I gave…I will definitely get my star back after MY investigation!!!

The staff was extremely unhelpful and didn't seem to want to be at work. Very dry attitudes and when you ask questions in order to not waste time and money applying- they either don't know or don't want to tell you. Would not recommend. Lost app fee and admin fee when all they had to do was answer a question.

Honestly Im extremely grateful that I didn't make a decision based off of these reviews. Every place has their ups and downs and sour apples.
Ms. Jacqueline T was outstanding throughout the entire process! She was very patient, kind and friendly. I felt like I was genuinely being cared for while securing an apartment. She reached out to me and made sure to answer all of my questions. She was transparent and made sure I understood every step. Extremely informative, easy to reach and a kind genuine person!

These reviews do the complex no justice. I have no bug problems, no ac problems, no mold problems, no problems with the staff whatsoever. The front office staff is very friendly. The pricing is very reasonable. Neighbors are friendly and not at all rowdy. Only problem with these apartments is gnats because current residents won’t properly dispose of their trash. They pile it up for the poor maintenance men to have to clean up for hours every morning. It’s sad. Other than that, I love park 35. I will be upgrading my apartment and renewing my lease.
