In the past year we have such trouble getting ubers/lyfts to and from the airport, so when it came to holiday travel we could not risk it. We also have a 3 month old baby, and didn't want to chance standing out in the cold with her and all the stuff traveling with a newborn comes with. So we booked our travel to the airport then booked from the airport. We booked them individually, maybe you can book round trip but we didn't figure out how to do so not that it really matters-we got two rides booked either way!

I don’t usually write a review for no one I like to tip and tip big if I like the service but with Echo company I need to be fair and fairly not quite sure if my partner uses echo or if they where a replacement for that day we had the sprinter van from ohare airport to Michigan sprinter was up to date clean and roomy the service was awesome they started it with water and sparkling water then an a hour later the driver offered us (12) passengers Chex mix and small chocolate bars for snacks it felt like a private jet not a sprinter now on Adam side (the driver)he was super cool he had a microphone

I previously did a lot of business travel. Still some as pandemic slowed it down. I contacted Echo a couple days prior to my arrival. Easy. Efficient. Very customer focused. Driver Nilesh was on time, on site exactly as he described. Got us to the venue a few minutes early. Very reasonable price. Would STRONGLY recommend.

We had a WONDERFUL experience using Echo Limousine! Received a quote for round trip service quickly through Yelp, booked easily by phone, and received immediate confirmation by email of pricing and services ordered. Communication was excellent prior to and at the time of service. Both drivers were prompt, friendly, and courteous, and both drives were smooth and pleasant! We will definitely use Echo again.

Paul's was our driver. He showed up a few minutes early and let us get car seats in the car. His car was maintained and smelled clean. He took efficient routes which worked well because day before thanksgiving traffic is awful. He communicated well via text so he knew when we were coming and going, making our 4 hour rental even better. Will use again if needed in the future.

Echo Limousine is a great company with on time service and friendly drivers. My pickup from O'Hare International in Chicago was perfect. Adam, my driver was personable, courteous, and professional. My driver Darnell on the return trip was also courteous. I spoke with customer service to make sure my reservation on the app was confirmed and each time the representative was kind , considerate and confirmed my reservations. I'll definitely use again my next trip to Chicago.

Our driver was so nice and friendly. Gave us Texans a lot of advice of where to go and which way to avoid crowds and traffic. Had a long conversation from the airport to downtown.
Car was exceptionally clean: A+
Car arrived earlier than our reservation time. (They keep track of the arriving flights just in case they are delayed or early)
Driver did not rush us during the baggage claim process. He simply texted us letting my group know he was there and to text him when we have all of our luggage and would circle around to the pick up area.

Excellent service. We booked our transportation on Sunday for airport service on Wednesday. The online process was nice and easy. It was raining and they were only a few minutes late due to traffic. The Mercedes Sprint we were assigned was clean and spacious for our group of six. Adam was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient with our questions. Thank you Adam!

Ok. Upon booking, I asked myself why does this business have 355 five star ratings? I saw why last night. Had a 5:30PM pick up last night to a wedding in Naperville then a return back home at almost midnight. Both on time. My pick up gentleman's name was Adam. What a genuine nice person. Great conversation. Safe driving when it started to rain en route.
Their dispatch is top notch. Originally had a 5:45PM pick up time. Requested yesterday to change it to 5:30PM. Dispatch emails you back confirming what you wanted it changed to and then a reservation confirmation of your modification.

I highly recommend Echo Limousine to anyone who needs a private car service.
We hired them to go to the airport. I do not trust Uber and Lyft (they have so many unsafe and outright bad drivers) and taxi service feels inconsistent and therefore unreliable if you need to catch a flight.
The service rep was extremely professional and answered all of our questions. The day before our flight, we learned that they had moved the departure time earlier by three (3!!) hours which meant that we now needed a car pick up at 5am. We contacted Echo and they said they needed 30 minutes to get the schedule

I couldn't believe how AMAZING this service was.
I booked a 2 hour time slot to take me, my bride, our photographer, and two of my groomsmen around the city to take photos on my wedding day.
Our driver could not have been better. She was attentive, helpful, complimentary, and aggressive in her driving to make sure we weren't late for anything.
She even went as far as helping the bride in and our of the front seat with her dress which had a rather large train.
I'd highly recommend this service to anyone that wants an extremely professional and incredibly prompt and helpful

Had the best experience with this limo Service, we booked at the last minute and the company was so helpful. They even upgraded our limo to a stylish Excursion. The driver was very nice and helpful with our bags. The limo was clean and also had drinks for us to enjoy. I would definitely use this limo service again.
