Friendly, quick, easy, and a little better price than other area options. Free shuttle to nearby attractions, pool, and free continental breakfast.

Really enjoyed my stay at Galleria. Great amenities like the pool, free breakfast, shuttle service and complimentary fresh baked cookies. The location is also very convenient with many restaurants, a CVS and a car rental service in walking distance. Rooms are clean and beds were comfortable. The staff are very friendly, especially Angie who was very attentive and addressed my concerns promptly. She was very understanding and compassionate. Would stay here again and recommend to solo travelers on a budget looking for a nice hotel that’s close to the amusement parks.

Since we typically spend the full days at the park and really just use the hotel to sleep, we were just looking for something basic that was close by. This is a pretty good option for that purpose.

Pros:
Clean
Due to the location, most guests are families. So likely you won't need to deal with late night noise (although early morning could be a different story...)
Free shuttle to parks (limited hours)
Bed was fairly comfortable
Wifi fast enough
Ample free Parking
Lots of chain restaurants nearby (you will need a car though)

Cons:
Room fairly small
Fridge was noisy and I ended up unplugging

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Stayed for 6 nights. The hotel is clean and quiet. The staff is so friendly. It was an affordable price and worth it! The only issue I had the staff was quick to fix! There are restaurants & stores within walking distance if you need anything. The shuttle didn’t have optimal pick up/drop off times for us wanting to get everything done at the the theme parks but at least it’s offered if you can make it work and even a trip or two on the shuttle cuts down at least some of the spending cost you’ll need for your trip. Next time I’m in Orlando

Have stayed several places in the area. This was by far the nicest, so far. I would stay there again. Also, the breakfast was very good. The kids loved the pancake machine.

Started here for 3 nights. The staff was very helpful and attentive to my family's btw. Jose at the front desk, who very nice and professional, secured us a room quickly and easily on late night arrival. The morning breakfast staff was also great. They were generous enough to give my daughters cereal even when we missed the complimentary breakfast time.

This is definitely one of those "you get what you pay for" establishments. The price point was good, but it reflected in the hotel... Galleria is an older hotel and the rooms aren't spectacular--our toilet and shower were barely working properly. Not to mention, the area the hotel is located in is sketchy. My friend and I didn't even want to leave/come back late at night because of the area.

If you're looking for a cheap spot to stay at while visiting Disney and you don't care about the quality, this is it. Otherwise, spend a few extra dollars and go somewhere better

The hotel was good but I can't give 5 stars unfortunately because the toilet didn't flush and this turned out to be a huge inconvenience...I had to call maintenance twice I didn't want to have to do that every time I needed to use the restroom so I would go down and use the lobby bathroom also the elevator is extremely slow.... if the toilet situation is fixed I'd consider staying again

Very clean, cheap, close to everything. Outdoor pool that looks very nice. I was hoping there would be at least a small fitness center, but there is not. Not anything glamorous, but for the price it more than gets the job done!

Lots of "Bang for your buck" here at Galleria Palms! A hidden gem!

Recently, my boyfriend and I acquired the Disney annual passes. We've used it 4 times since the purchase and have stayed at The Galleria Palms hotel 3 of those 4 times. Why? Well, the price point is pretty low considering the area, season and quality. We are always sure about this hotel and have never been let down. The hotel is impeccable from its lobby to your room! The rooms are more like suites, and are filled with everything you may need in your stay. The staff go above and beyond and always take care of you

Wow, I might have to consider this place a hidden gem of a hotel in the area. While it might not be the easiest hotel to spot or locate, I think you are well rewarded if you do. This hotel appears to have undergone a lot of room renovation and is continuing to renovate their building, which bodes well for continued comfort in the years to come. The bedroom was well appointed. I liked that they had a queen sized bed along with a queen sized sofa bed, making it easy to accommodate 4 people. The bathroom was quite spacious and had all of the amenities you wanted, from shampoo and conditioner to soap

This hotel was conveniently located near Walmart, restaurants, and disney souvenir shops. Check-in went smoothly! Monica was very friendly and helpful in answering questions. The room was clean and spacious (king bed & pull out sofa). The room was a bit too dark for my liking but luckily we were on the 5th floor and were able to keep the curtains open during the day. They have a computer conveniently located near the reception desk which was useful for printing pre-purchased park tickets. There is also a desk nearby with a vendor selling park tickets (not sure of deals we did not use the service

Wonderful hotel experience. The front desk was pleasant to interact with and super helpful.

Breakfast came with our hotel booking and we enjoyed the food every morning for our 5 day stay.

Rooms were clean and of course and could use some improvement. But definitely a hotel we'd be visiting again.

We were on the 4th floor. Breakfast was available from 6-9am and it did have a good amount of people but through the day, it's pretty quiet and not busy.

My son was booked at this hotel with his high school band group and I wanted to surprise him by booking a room there. I am extremely picky about the hotels that I stay in, so I stopped in a week before his stay and Tessy was very helpful in showing me the hotel and booking my room so that I could see my son. I wish that all hotel staff were as friendly and accommodating as the staff at this hotel. The rooms are a little small, but very clean. When we arrived for our stay, the staff remembered who I was and was so excited that I was going to surprise my son. So glad we chose to stay here!

Primarily, the hotel is clean and meets the basic needs for an affordable weekend in Orlando. The breakfast provided is better than most, and the beds are comfortable. Also, the location is great for a quick drive to WDW parks and there are several shops & restaurants nearby.

There were only a few problems which dropped my rating a little.

First, while very clean and seemingly updated, the room's A/C left much to be desired. There was a mildew-like smell and the entire room - especially the bathroom- stayed extremely humid throughout the weekend. The hair dryer was also broken, but

Friends and I stayed here for 3 nights over the weekend. Booked 1 queen room and 1 king. Unfortunately they couldn't be close to each other since all and only the king rooms are on the top floor.

This hotel has theme park shuttles but we didn't use them (we like to sleep in and stay late at the parks). Extremely close to Disney parks (10-15 min drive). They have late check-in so we were able to go to Universal our first day and check in that night. Loved the breakfast; they had cereal, eggs, sausages, pancakes and toast. They also had mango orange juice which was interesting. The orange

Angie from the front desk called the police on my family for asking to speak to a manager and not accepting her refusal as an answer.

This hotel charged us for 3 nights, and we only stayed 1. Originally we called to extend our 2 reservations for an extra night, and whoever we spoke to added the wrong day. They charged us for the rooms as a no-show. We were told the manager would handle the refund in the morning. The manager, who we never were able to get in touch with, was not available in-person and multiple people manning the front desk would not give us a number to contact them in order to

Pros: clean, affordable, decent bed, cold A/C and convenient location to the parks

Cons: super thin walls that you can hear everything above and beside your room, and weird decor (microwave infront of your bed, a sink w no mirror by the bed, and a fridge that's super cold it turned our bottled water into hard ice)

But for the price, it's really great to just crash for the night and leave the next day!

This wasn't my favorite hotel that I've stayed in while visiting Orlando, but it was very convenient considering that I booked the room only two weeks before my trip. The nightly rate was very affordable, the room was a good size and relatively clean, the free breakfast was decent (no waffles, but other than that there was a good selection to choose from), and the parking lot had a lot of spaces. This hotel is an 8 to 13 minute drive away from Disney World (obviously the level of traffic greatly effects how long it'll actually take to get there) and the hotel does offer a complementary

Received an email for a deal on this hotel. My boyfriend and I had a 2 hour drive to Disney from where we were staying the Fort Pierce area. Thinking we would not want to drive all the way back after a long day at the park, I booked this place for one night.
The hotel was actually pretty nice. Newly renovated, it had all the basic amenities with a little flair so you don't feel like you're staying at a fly by night motel. The room was very clean, which is always my biggest concern.
The stay also includes complimentary continental breakfast and free wifi. The breakfast was just okay,

The wife and I stayed at this hotel while visiting Disney. We stayed for 5 nights and I have to admit I was very very pleased!! The front desk was very very helpful with every need. They have continental breakfast every morning, an outdoor pool, vending and ice on each floor and a shuttle that takes you to the Disney parks. Even though they do have a shuttle I do NOT recommend taking it. Rent a car or Uber before taking shuttle. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Beds are very very comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel!

Second night here and so far so good. Came with my wife and two girls (6 & 9) and very nice and decent hotel. By no means it is not super glamorous but it is not rundown. Very nice and easy check in. Had breakfast this morning (continental breakfast). It included eggs, mini sausages, oatmeal, cereal, bagels, fruit and mini muffins. Very satisfying and loaded up before we hit Disney. Took the shuttle to and from Disney to avoid parking fees at the park. Shuffle was right on time to and from. Only bad thing with shuttle is limited to 1 dropoff in morning and 2 pickups at night.

OK, so there's no hot tub, no bar, and the free shuttle is useless if you want to get to the park before it opens, so it's not "woohoo as good as it gets", but here's why it still gets 5 stars, especially for a "Value" hotel:

WORLD'S BEST SHOWER
Hardest water pressure of any lodging. Somewhere between a massage and nail gun. The shower head was above my head. Curtain rod bowed out so my body didn't touch the curtain. making me feel skinny.
