El Farol Mexican Restaurant
It has been several stressful weeks, but also very rewarding. We are grateful for the overwhelming support we have received from our friends/clients and the community. El Farol IS NOW OPEN and back to our regular schedule, we are also taking orders over the phone and through our online food delivery partners Door Dash, UberEats, and GrubHub.

Our new business hours are Monday - Thursday from 11 am - 8 pm Friday and Saturday from 11 am - 9 pm. We have many great tasting options to choose from: handmade and fried tacos, family-recipe chile verde burritos, crispy chimichangas, and much more! We're very proud of our homemade salsa, served hot, it is the perfect companion to any of our dishes.

This is a secret gem! I eat modified keto so I avoid Mexican restaurants (I wish more would offer low-carb tortilla dishes!), but my family loves El Farol so I tagged along and immediately got addicted to their Tortilla Soup (sans tortillas)! The broth is just stunning, and there's no beans or rice - just fresh, shredded chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, avocado and cheese. I have stopped by for takeout soup every other week for nearly two months. And the staff are wonderful. El Farol is clean, inviting and delicious!

This place is a hidden gem. The carne asada is real carne asada. Not too sure about the carnitas but everything else was delicious. The thing that separates this place is the customer service. Spot on with everything throughout dinner service. They brought stuff out without us even having to ask. That’s a 10/10 in my book.

Been eating here and at it's sibling, Raphael's, and it's parent, El Charro's my whole life. To me, this tastes like Mexican food. And nobody does enchilada sauce better.

I ordered a steak chimichanga and was given a pork chimichanga. I didn’t realize this but they didn’t have steak, only beef, pork, and chicken. I brought this issue to their attention and they were able to make me a beef chimichanga to make up for the miscommunication. Great restaurant with good food, great people, and great customer service.

We love El Farol Mexican food - I grew up on it. It was my grandma favorite restaurant - authentic and delicious. Service is always very nice.

I'm not being mean here, I simply want to write about my experiences! Basically, the food is overpriced and rather plain. Also, the portion sizes are on the small side. Simply put, not a favorite of mine. The gentleman owner is also rather poor at waiting tables. He's just not into it!

Has got to be the WORST Mexican food I've ever had.... All three salsas served after I asked if they had any other salsa were terrible.. one was heated pace picante sauce, one was red paste and the green was ice cold slop.. I ordered 3 entrée plate (so I could take left overs home). Beans were dried out and no flavor, the rice again no flavor and somewhat cold. The tostada had dried beans, small amount of cheddar cheese (never had chedder cheese at a Mexican food place) overwhelming amount of soggy lettuce and a slice of tomato (I had to ask for sour cream). The Chile relleno was topped with

Excellent!! I wish we lived closer, this was an absolute treasure of a find and is a new favorite!! Before we even started our main course, El Farol was speaking my language. The bright colors and art were stylish, fun, and beautifully done. There was a cute chalkboard at the front that said our dining was supporting xyz number of employees and family members down to the pet gecko. Many restaurants are locally owned, but this made it hit home. I think we all know a restaurant supports someone, but this created a sense of family and community - something I think we could all use more of. The music

I ordered a chicken chimichanga to go. As you can see it is mostly cheese and not chicken. I'm giving 2 stars because I like the guacamole, however the chips are only sub-par.

The restaurant is clean and bright. We were looking for familiar, authentic Mexican food and this was just the place. The employees are so nice, too.

I don't know who the bozos are giving this place anything but 5 stars, but they're crazy! The beef tacos are the best I've eaten anywhere and I adore tacos and I'm old so I've eaten a few. The meat and seasoning are perfection. The horchata is so yummy and my mother's chili verde burrito that I tried was just so good as well. I think they use good meat and know how to season it. I will be ordering those tacos til I die, so glad I stumbled on this place.

I went to this place with my mom for lunch. I remember growing up coming to this place. But my lunch with my mom was horrible. I ordered a dish and they taste so cold. Then I tasted something that was so moldy. My mom couldn't believe how bad it was. We were disappointed how this place had gone down bad. I wouldn't recommend you to try. There are tons of Mexican restaurants are way better this place. I always loved their pork. It's sad to see they're not doing well.

Long standing Mexican Restaurant. Not necessarily 100% authentic but still has great food. Their hard shell tacos are awesome, and definitely worth the price! Among other things, my favorites are the chicken chimichanga, shredded beef soft shell taco and their fish tacos. Also, you should know that they have both the BEST FLAN and HORCHATA!

Love their chile verde chimichangas & homemade horchata! The meals are super hearty but if you can make room for dessert.... DO IT!! You won't regret it! All their desserts are amazing but my personal favorite is their flan!

The atmosphere is great & I specially love the vibrant wall colors. This little gem is also super clean ... always!
The customer service is definitely the cherry on top.

Different flavors than most, but good. Salsa was watery but really tasty, chips were fresh and hot. We had cheese enchiladas, tomatillo chicken enchiladas, and tamales. The enchiladas were ok, but the cheese they use ruined it. They would be amazing if they used good cheese, however, especially with the tomatillo sauce. Tamales we're about average.

Very bland basic mexican food. So they have house made tortilla chips for nachos and such but bag tortilla chips with the table salsa. Also spoke with the manager she said it was cost effective to get the bag chips. Thats a joke im a freaking restaurant manager. Guacamole tastes like kosher salt and lime. Please go to the taco cart down the street! FOR the love of God GO ELSEWHERE.

Decent Meal here. This is in a strip mall. At an event where we needed a private room which are few and far between it seems. Servers were very kind and attentive.

Carnitas were good! The usual bland-ish Mexican food that you get around here. . Cholula definitely helped.

Use to go here all the time and get a good hot meal for under $6.00 bucks, but they have gotten so expensive that now for a hard shell taco and a tiny cheese enchilada is now almost $9.00 bucks... without rice or beans that's too pricey for me !! Won't be back and now I see why they are never busy

This was our first time there, I went with my wife. We eat out quite often and we have travelled a lot we consider to be foodies. Not very impressed with this place. My wife got the sheik tacos and the shirt was not peeled and they were undercooked. I had the carnitas plate and it was not very good, what ever they use to marinate the carnitas lacks of flavor. We order guacamole and it was salty. I had a tamale a la arte it was ok but it was not from today. You can tell that it was reheated since it was a it crunchy. We probably won't come back. So many other options for Mexican food.

This place was awesome, it has a hole in the wall feel but the food was really good. I had a chimichanga with carnitas and it was excellent. Chips came out warm and the salsa is tasty. I love this type of Mexican food. The prices are good and show that they use high quality products.
Our server was very attentive and took care of us. She kept our drinks full and everything felt like they wanted to make us happy. I asked for extra cheese and that is exactly what I got. This place does it right!

Would have given them a perfect score out of 5 .... However if there had been just a little more flavor and been a little more quicker with bringing a refill. They would have got a perfect score.
Overall.. really quick and efficient! Loved the chips and salsa and overall really enjoyed the food.
Love the atmosphere and family friendly environment. Love that it's family owned and operated.
Definitely will be going back again!

Love Mexican Food! But this wasn't better than I could make at home.
Salsa was weak, worse than pace picante, portions small and over priced. Nachos 1/2 1/2 consisted of about 7 cheese chips and 7 with pico for $7, to expensive for what you get. The service was good, they have been in business for a long time, so must have regulars that like it.

Oh oh! I have gotten in the habit of looking forward to "$2 Tuesday Taco Night". I find the chicken tacos to be my favorite. The ground beef tacos are a tad greasy for my taste, but my mom LOVES them!

I also like salsa that is very juicy and less chunky, so there's a whole star just for that. What I am not used to is warm salsa. It cools off (of course) but I have to wonder if it is somehow cooked? Never seen that before.

Service is ok. They have a lot of tables and it is has a family run vibe. Overall, give it a try.

Could not be more disappointed.... I have been going to El Farols since I was little and have always drooled at the thought of their half and half chips and cheese enchiladas. After moving away for 5 years and being in the vicinity for a visit I decided it was a must that I order the half and half chips. So upset that they have changed the toppings for chips and their salsa.... Their salsa has got to be the worst thing ever and to think this is supposed to be from an "authentic" Mexican restaurant is shameful. Definitely pace picante at best.

I am sad to say that my tenure with El Farols

Better food and service! They updated their menu and decor. Added new items and daily specials.

It is a large restaurant with three dining areas. Good for big groups or booths for couples.
