Over call they said 3 weeks was fine to get a refill but when I went, they said I couldn't get my nails refilled and instead kept asking if I wanted a pedicure/manicure or a new set. I kept telling them a new set would ruin my nails so when I declined they kept trying to get me to do a new set. overly wasn't to happy as they were trying to get money off of me. I got white gel and made sure not to touch anything and when I woke up I had light brown pigmentation on my nails. I tried using EVERYTHING to clean them and they look dirty. my homecoming is in 2 days and my nails look horrible. although

Very affordable nail salon! My leg and foot massage with my tropical deluxe pedicure was great, didn't feel rushed like it has at other places. I would rather come here than pay twice the price for a fancy salon because it has a bar inside.

Today was my first time coming here for the first time and first of all, they don't have many reviews. Although the reviews they have are positive for the most part but I think this place is very pricey with the nail art. They have old and outdated chairs and less than desirable shop.
My 2nd issues was how none accommodating with a (15% discount) a nail tech. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Dont get me wrong, their work is amazing in pictures. But I booked an appointment at 4 pm for 4 people. We ended up leaving around 4:50 pm because they kept on taking walk ins that needed a "quick fix" before us. They didn't even bother to tell us this, I understood what they were doing because I know Vietnamese. Anyways, very unprofessional. Why take appointments when you can't even keep up with them?

A1 service! They were very busy but really did their best to get everything and everyone's service done in a timely manner. They offer refreshments during your service as well. The entire shop is beautiful, the ambiance is very relaxing, they played classical music at a very soothing tone. Tammy and get staff we patient, efficient and kind. I really enjoyed my services. She's also my mother's friend/neighbor but that was my first time going with her.

Service and people were super friendly but my shellac only lasted 3 days without chipping and my pointer finger completely fell off. Tech told me it should last 2 weeks so I thought it was worth the price. Picture is from yesterday the 5th day. Not worth the money at all. I'll be sticking to doing my nails myself for free. At least if mine chips, I didn't shell out over $30 for it This is not profesional quality.
