Attempting to become a tenant at this location but it seems the staff is very unprofessional and bad with communication. I was scheduled to come in on 12/18 @1pm for a tour and I get there just for the office to be closed . That is really unacceptable for the company to schedule something then to be out of office. Guess I’ll be taking my business else where. And I will not be recommending this establishment to anyone

Ms.E in the maintenance is so good she goes above and beyond anything we need she is on top of it.

You get what you pay for.
At first, I needed a 1st floor apartment. I applied for an apartment they claimed was on the first floor, and luckily I drove by and saw it was on top of their laundromat. They changed apartments for me and got a ground floor apartment.
The walls are extremely thin, I could hear the neighbor's conversations above me.
If you have any sort of mark on the wall, don't attempt to clean. The vent from the dryer left a black spot on the wall, and I tried to wipe it away with some soap and water. The paint came off.
Don't pick an apartment next to the basketball court. Kids

This was my first apartment five years ago. Sorry I just have flashbacks to them big roaches they had. I’m surprised this place is still in business. I lived there less than two months and by week 2 of staying there roaches would appear out of nowhere! And not the little ones the really big ones. I complained to the front desk a lot and They tried to say it was water bugs but I know the difference. I even door knocked the neighbors and a couple of them said they had roaches too. They move me out of one unit to another because of the complaint I get to the second unit and its roaches there too

Its pretty nice here. The people that work here however are awesome the maintinence crew is great! They def keep it clean here, thanks to Ms. Cee best ever! She makes you feel welcome & has the best attitude towards her job & does wonderful at her job. I personally dont live here but my boyfriend does & theyre still super cool to every one.

I previously gave them 2 stars, but here we are 2 years later and they are only getting worse. The property ownership keeps changing hands and changing policies without notifying residents and tacking on extra fees without warning. They constantly "misplace" paperwork and payments and then leave aggressive notes on your door without even knocking or calling, threatening eviction for a $5 discrepancy in rent payment that was a result of their own clerical errors. (My rent has never been late a single time in 4 years) I'd love to move, but I can't afford to yet because they keep raising my rent,

I have been a tenant sice May 2019 and I have never experienced our apartment entrance being cleaned. Ms. Calvetta cleaned the heck out of it and had it smelling wonderful! She is an asset to the complex!

Maintenance is doing a great job meeting everybody's needs and repairs

I live at 3133 Kemet road. Since my boyfriend and I moved here in November, we have had constant issues with the level of noise coming from our downstairs neighbors. Their television, both living room and bedroom, is on so loud we can hear it clearly in every room in our apartment. My boyfriend and I are both suffering physically and mentally from exhaustion and anxiety due to the constant level of noise we are being forced to deal with. The front staff is amazing. Just an FYI for any future residents. Watch your neighbors people out here steal it doesn’t matter if it’s a small package or $200 worth of groceries. THEY WILL TAKE IT!!
