A list of problems
1. The quality of the apartment unexceptionable
2.Things aren't fix properly
3.drainage/plumbing system is terrible
4.mold/moister problem in bathroom do to no ventilation.
5.paint drippings everywhere
6.carpet is cheap
7.rent is too high for what you get
8.front office is hard to reach
9.washer and dryers are always down
10.building is always free and open to who ever wants to come and commit a crime.
I can go on and on. Do not recommend this place at all zero stars.

Best part is the gym and pool area. they just started to remodel the building hallways which is pretty nice.
The only things I didn’t like was how the apartment itself is built it seems rushed and they didn’t clean the apartment all the way when I first moved in, there was mold by the shower window & the drains are horrible etc. When I first moved in the tub drain was so clogged up I tried to do my best cleaning it up but that didn’t do justice it needs a whole new drain. Also the carpets and walls are not good. The carpets are super loose and not attached all the way just from vacuuming

Staff is very friendly. My cat, Bella, has only lived in one place and never gone outside. I was concern about the possibility of her getting fleas from other tenants so they did a preventive pest spray before I moved in.
The Hallways are old but, slowly getting renovated via a fresh coat of paint and new anti slip laminated flooring.
Any cleaning concerns brought to their attention is usually taken care of within a day, if not sooner.
Overall my move in experience has been great. My only concern is the issue with my deadbolt which can easily be corrected.

I currently live here. I have had nothing but issues, even before I signed the lease! You can call the office staff 6 times in one day, and it’s a miracle if somebody answers the phone. The rent is way over priced for the quality of the homes & building status. My power goes out about once a week. Before we moved in, they wouldn’t let us see the inside of the apartment “due to covid” so we had to go based off of the online photos which are very deceiving to the real deal. There is paint all over my kitchen floor, all over the entry way when you first come in, the carpet is not tacked down

This has by far been the worst move in experience I ever encountered. The staff is just not caring to your needs at all! If you need anything hope you are ok with waiting about 2 -4 weeks and that’s hoping they call you back! I am waiting for a call back from the property manager Melisa since November and I have been waiting for a call back from the regional manager Andrea King since September. I have seen so many incidents here that residents shouldn't have to go though or deal with. The office is very unorganized and a mess! I have seen them be just plain rude to future residents! I would not recommend this place to anyone. The rent is a little less than other communities but there is a reason! The complex is short staffed and oftentimes, there is no response to calls or notifications through the tenant portal. The clubhouse is nice but in the current times, I would not use as it is not sanitized or a regular basis. It looks nice on the surface but not all units are.

I highly doubt that the management is interested to sell their apartments. My friend booked an appointment for Wednesday 2.00 pm and I booked an appointment on Thursday 4.30 pm. We went to the leasing office on both the days, we knocked the door several times, sent them an email, tried to contact them, while we are standing out of the office and it was heavily snowing. After reading so many negatives reviews about this place, I tried to neglect them and book an appointment to view the available apartment but I can clearly see why there are so many negative reviews. I currently live at the flats at Douglas. I have enjoyed the apartment itself. The faculty on the other hand do not return calls on important issues. I have not had a key to my building for about 1 month but thankfully my neighbors have let me in repeatedly. It is absolutely ridiculous that no one has even returned a single call. Apartment is nice but if you expect a decent office don't move here.
One upside is that the apartments are beautiful and the maintenance team is always on top of everything. This one inconvenience has been frustrating but overall is a good community.
