I had a hip replacement and was unable to get around as well as I had expected after the surgery. I called Cura the day I was being released from the hospital and within a couple of hours they had arranged for someone to come and stay with me. The aide was wonderful. She cooked for me, did laundry and light cleaning and gave me my meds. But more importantly, any time she heard me moving, she would come to see what she could do for me. She helped me get up, walked with me to make sure I didn't fall. She participated in nursing and PT visits so she would understand what I could and could not do.

My soon to be 93-year-old mother is better than most and was very independent.
For years, I have thought about what I will do when she has day to day needs.
That day has come, my mother cannot be totally independent.
Allowing someone to help her with some basic daily needs has been a challenge.
Cura Home Care Services was recommended. They are everything they say on their site and more.
