Aurora Home Care is a Great company that provides the best services for clients and employees. They are always on top of everything and they make sure everyone is happy and satisfied with the service. Especially HR Department ladies are very kind and very professional. Excellent experience with aurora healthcare. The staff is kind and friendly and they definitely go out of their way to meet everyone’s needs. There are no words to express how much these nurses, Irene and Victoria as well as their helper, żenia, helped my family through the darkest of times. They were so great from the moment I went to the agency to the last moments of my father’s life. They prepared us for every step of the process with such compassion, as if it was their own family member in their final days. Irene really helped me understand when it was time to say bye, I cannot express how much I appreciate her. Thank You, all.

Adding to consistent lack of significant care for my dying grandfather, Aurora administration never even called to express sympathy for our loss.I am disgusted and appalled by Aurora administration, including how they evaluate patients and how they dismiss inquiring family as a nuisance. THEY CHOSE TO NOT AUTHORIZE WEEKEND CARE FOR MY DYING GRANDFATHER AND HE DIED ALONE JUST TWO DAYS LATER. Choosing Aurora was the worst decision I ever made. My family had to practically beg to even receive minimal care for my clearly ailing family member. I was made to feel like a bother anytime I called to advocate

My experience with Aurora Home Care & Hospice was amazing. To say that Kim Zavaglia went above and beyond to help me and my father, would be an understatement. Going through this process is tough enough, but she did everything in her power to ease the stress in finding the right facility for us. It also allowed us to focus on what was important at the time. I would absolutely recommend her and Aurora Home Care & Hospice.
