In order to optimize your custom patient experience, we have enclosed a series of documents to be completed prior to you first face to face visit with one of our highly trained physicians. In the state of Ohio, a patient must qualify with one of more of the qualifying conditions in order to received a physician recommendation for treatment with medical cannabis.

Would give negative 1000 stars if possible. My mom was told by dr. Dorobek on Wednesday she would call in her prescription, it is now Friday and no call was placed. Mom has been without her meds for almost a week now. Repeated calls to the office about go ignored. WORST PEOPLE EVER!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

Called today to schedule an appointment with Dr. Kovach for a medical card and for a Dr appointment. I was told by a very rude employee, they are no longer accepting patients for any services! I was just referred to their office by my GP last week! When I questioned her, she became even more rude, stating it is what it is. I then asked where I could go to, I was told "I don't know" again mam, it is what it is. I am appalled by such disregard and rudeness! I wouldn't go there in the future if they begin taking new patients after the way I was treated today. I understand if your not taking new patients

Dr. Corie is the best! I've followed her from her last practice and would never want to see anyone else. She spends real time with me during appointments and will stay longer if I've got questions every single time. My daughter sees her as well and feels the same way. If you've been unable to get your doctor to spend time with you or listen to your pain I would recommend giving them a shot! I have my Fibromyalgia and PTSD in check, finally.

The communication is very poor in my experience. I have tried multiple times to make an appointment, and each time they have cancelled my appointment. I got all my records to them, and they still will not allow me to make an appointment. Very frustrating.
My wife went there one time and she was supposed to be contacted by a different company concerning some medication. That never happened. Apparently it wasn't important enough for them to follow through.
We will not try anymore and would never recommend.

My appointment was the 15th of Jan. I called and and made sure I had what I needed before . Saw the Dr. She approved me and told me 48 to 72 hours for my card. Its Feb. 1st and I still have not received my card. I have talked to several people in the office several times and they keep telling me tomorrow. I paid $258 and have not received what I was told I would. It has triggered my P.T.S.D and gave me a ton of anxiety. I would not recommend this office to anyone trying to get a card.
