Accordingly, the number of services is continuously extended as well. Starting with health guidelines for women up to diagnostics. The choice of doctors is wide and they are all graduate professionals who underwent additional training in the family medicine practices.
Services
Tri-City Family Medicine, Inc., formed in 1991, is a physician group specializing in Family Practice. Since its incorporation, Tri-City Family Medicine, Inc. has experienced significant growth resulting in multiple office locations. This growth is attributed to the quality of services provided to patients and their families, local employers and schools.
We also promote health maintenance so our patients may lead healthier, active lifestyles and prevent illness. Through our lifelong partnership, we become familiar with you and your family members' lives as well as home, work or school environments so we can evaluate how these factors can affect each family member's well-being.
Tri-City physicians are seen by appointment only. Attempts are made to schedule appointments for patients with acute illnesses and injuries within 24 hours. Appointments for patients with chronic ailments are usually scheduled within 10 to 14 days. We suggest that "well care or health maintenance" visits be scheduled 15 to 30 days in advance.
Tri-City Family Medicine has 15 physicians Board Certified in Family Practice. Our experienced and knowledgeable physicians are well respected, not only in the community, but in the industry as well. All Tri-City Family Medicine physicians have privileges at Community Health Partners, EMH Regional Medical Center, St. John West Shore Hospital, and Amherst Hospital.
What can you do to stay healthy and prevent disease? You can get certain screening tests, take preventive medicine if needed, and practice healthy behaviors. Tri-City Family Medicine recommends you follow the guidelines described below to stay healthy. Obviously, these guidelines cannot encompass all health maintenance guidelines, due to the various risk factors that each patient may have or may experience.
