Absolutely terrible. Buildings constantly smell like weed and alcohol and there's a different party every night, however, the worst part is the staffing. They wrongly towed my car (while paying for parking) and continuously wrongly charge my account when my account has been deactivated as I moved out months ago. The staff is unprofessional, disorganized and hard to reach. Would never suggest this complex to anyone.

Horrible management staff that regularly extorts sneaky fees on your bill without notice on their poorly functioning billing software, and gleefully tow cars at every turn! After three years, so happy my daughter is moving out. We leave a perfectly decent room in the same state as when she came and they are withholding our $200 deposit from us, but won't talk to us! Rotten, lazy, management--wish I could give them NEGATIVE stars!

I toured Bear Village recently and have interacted with some office staff members named Samantha, Noah, and Brian. These three staff members were extremely helpful! After touring the property I loved the interior of the apartments and am going to convince my friends to sign here! Don't miss out, you should sign too!

My daughter and I came by Bear Village to tour as she'll be starting school at MO state this fall. After the experience we had I just have to give some recognition to the amazing young man that toured us. We came by spur of the moment with no appointment and Brian was so eager to help us. He was so friendly and made us feel completely at ease. He answered all of my "crazy mom" questions without hesitation and had my daughter ready to move in by the end of our walk. Not 100% sure where she will end up this fall - but the customer service Brian provided was without a doubt exceptional.

I'm rating BV 2 stars for the nice and spacious apartments and the best location and amentities in town. Unfortunately, most staff is unprofessional and unhelpful.
Amentities: Clubhouse is often locked without warning to residents. It is frustrating waking up early to go to the gym only to find out it's locked without warning. The pool has been… closed at least 5 times this summer (at least 3-4 days at a time) due to other residents breaking glass. Management/security needs to patrol this area better to prevent this. Gym is constantly out of cleaning supplies even with Covid.
