Worse nail place in Miami. We just spent $57 for 2 pedis and a manicure. No massage despite specifically asking for extra attention to my feet because they need a good massage. No hand massage at all. Not a drop of lotion. Both tech, males, acted like they were in a hurry and the place was not busy at all. We keep going there because we live across the street, but this latest experience is our last. I hope they go out of business. Terrible pedis. Terrible service period. Don’t mind paying well if I leave feeling relaxed and well taken care of. Don’t waste your time and money. Find a place that

I still remember that time I went over here to get my nails done for the first time because I was looking for a nail technician. The quality was horrible. When I went home all of the nail polish was gone right after the lady told me it was done. So I went back and requested for a re-do. Some how my nail kept getting messed up and it was only twice it got messed up. She was talking about me in spanish saying stuff like "Ugh this is like the third time I have to do this stop messing it up." Um...it's your job? The service was really bad and when we finished THE NAIL POLISH WAS LITERALLY WRINKLY ON

Definitely would not recommend! Felt extremely rushed and before I started I asked how much a gel acrylic set would be and I was told 40 +designs etc.. at the end of the man doing my nails he told me it would be $10 for shape and length which was okay but then he wrote 55 on the paper. 40+10=50.. not 55. The nails came out very messy and I was overcharged and then left a $5 tip. Never going back again.

I haven't had my nails done since the start of the pandemic and was really excited to finally get them done as a special treat to myself. Unfortunately I was paired with Annie who painted my nails okay but behaved extremely unprofessionally. One of my nails had a small smudge on it and instead of fixing it, she painted right over it. I asked if that one nail could be redone and she said that she did not have the time because her next appointment had arrived. She passed me over to another nail tech to correct the problem. That other nail tech ended up completing my service (pedicure) as Annie

Never again coming here. I am not one to write bad reviews, but after what happened I felt I should share. Before coming in I called to make sure the price online was correct (acrylic nails starting at $30). I was told it depends on the length, but because I wanted them short it would be $30. I made an appointment over the phone with the young lady in the front desk who was super helpful and nice! When I came in, I was asked what color I wanted, I said funny bunny (white) because it was for my wedding pictures. The person doing my nails suggested something new, an acrylic that already comes colored

I have been using Q nails and spa for over 10 years. They are amazing. Annie is the best nail technician I have ever used. She does an amazing job and she makes the time I spend there relaxing and well worth it. Highly recommend this nail salon, you will not regret it.

Highly recommend! You walk in you're greeted by Diana (well I did lol). She takes your temperature and instructs you where to wash hands. I was a walk in with 2 other people didn't wait more than 10mins. Mani and pedi and eyebrows done. Didn't feel rush and loved it! From walking in to a friendly front desk to the nail techs,,, Great service!

I moved to this area couple weeks ago, looking for a good nail tech. This experience was very bad. The person who did my nails call KIM. She definitely need to improve her skills. She made overthick ugly uneven nails. One nail round, two square, two rhombus. She filed sides to the meat, so it hurts like hell. Very very very unprofessional job. BUT! Only reason I continue to bring my business to this place is exceptional quality service by my nail tech. Reason for my 1 Star is the disaster of appointment process. They don’t honor customer request or time. They cannot be trusted when they issue appointment. I am compelled to write this review because in the last few weeks alone I have experienced back to back appointment errors.
One time Owner himself booked me with wrong tech and later tried to get me to do services with tech of his choice. Another time I arrived and learned my tech was double booked. Today- a miscalculation on appointment

I got my acrylics done with Don and he doesn't make any small talk and is a bit intimidating but it's fine because his work is amazing however expect whatever you get to be more then what the price on the website is coffin shaped acrylics are $35 and a refill with 1 broken nail is $20 but it's worth it because they are strong and look great.

First time visiting this nail salon and I'm glad I did! I found this spa on yelp and I was looking for a place that had good reviews on their acrylic nails and behold I found this spot!
I made an appointment and they were able to get me in at the time I needed. The appointment was with Iva and I have to say she's awesome! She did my acrylics for the first time and they came out awesome! She also helped me pick out colors when I told her what I was looking for. She's very friendly and works great. I recommend making your appointment with her! She will definitely be my nail tech

Always feel rushed when coming here. The technicians are always being rushed by the owners. Having your nails done shouldn’t be rushed. I work all week to come in and basically feel like I have to get in and out so they can move on to the next. The owners need to do a better job. Will not be coming here anymore. This was the last straw. I will be going somewhere else and paying someone else to take their time. Completely ridiculous and I hope the owners read this. Money is not more important than customer service! You continue to treat your customers this way your business will close down.

But never again....I'm sitting in here right now and my nail tech has been on the phone (AND facetiming) for the majority of my pedicure.
Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
I get phones have taken over our lives, but guess what? If I used my phone like this at *my* job, I'd be fired immediately.

Just got this full set , literally , 3/16/19 at 5:26 pm. I paid for the full set and this is what I got .. if you want rushed service and people doing a terrible job , come to this place.
The only good thing was the lady that did my pedi cure .. she was nice , professional and did a great job. Here's the kicker - I came here based on yelp reviews

On vacation, I travelled from Key West to here because I needed my nails done badly. I sat with Don...He is not so inviting and he has that attitude and "Resting" face in which you either like him or you don't. My attempt to make small talk went on purposeful deaf ears as he ignored me and I was actually hesitant to get specific about exactly what I wanted as far as my nails.
However, he worked very quickly, meticulously and calm and the end result was one of the BEST full set coffin shape nails I'd ever gotten. I usually ask my nail techs to freestyle a 1 finger design,

I'm ecstatic that I found Lidia at this salom! She's very personable and extremely talented. I came in with the admission that I'm a creature of habit and get some version of pale pink nails with sparkles every time l get my nails done. Right off the bat she said we're going to break me out of my shell and do something adventurous...and boy did we break out of the shell! We agreed on a dark grey nail with a chrome strip down one side of the nail. Lidia tried to convince me to do both sides, but I'm really in love with the abstract look of one side. The picture doesn't really show how bad it is. I had my eyebrows done Monday before Thanksgiving by Kim. She burned me to the point that I have scars and scabs both in my forehead and my eyelids.
I don't have much eyebrow hair and it has always been very easy and fast on other salons.
It's Sunday, almost a week after and the scabs & scars are still there.
Hope they go away and not marked for life.
