Services
Here at Shepherd of the Ridge Lutheran Preschool, we believe that a quality Christian preschool program should be affordable for every family! That's why we keep our standards high and our tution low. We offer classes for 3- and 4-year-olds, as well as a Pre-Kindergarten program for children who will be attending kindergarten the following school year.
Miss Nancy teaches our 3- and 4-Year-Old classes. She has 19 years of teaching experience, and has been with Shepherd of the Ridge Lutheran Preschool for almost nine years. She recieved her degree in Early Childhood Education from Lorain County Community College and is constantly taking additional classes to perfect her teaching abilities.
Our curriculum is developed to meet the standards set by the State of Ohio to prepare children for kindergarten. In addition to teaching foundational educational concepts such as reading and writing, we also introduce children to the Christian faith through "Time with Jesus". We use simple Bible stories and activities to promote the knowledge of Jesus Christ in a child-friendly manner.
