Best Beginnings is a place for a child to wonder, to develop curiosity, to explore and experiment with resources, to have individual attention from warm, responsive teachers. Best Beginnings curriculum has as its foundation the use of developmentally appropriate practices. Activities are selected on this basis and utilize a variety of instructional approaches to achieve our educational goals.
Through child-oriented units like community helpers, bears, insects, five senses, etc., the children learn about math, science, the alphabet, health and social studies. Special attention is given to the child's natural artistic ability and students are given daily opportunities for expression through art, music, and movement.

At Best Beginnings, we offer classes for children aged two-and-a-half to five. We have three-day morning and afternoon classes on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday for all age groups, a two-day class for three-year olds on Thursday and Friday, and a Friday morning class for 2 1/2 year olds. In addition, we offer all age groups the option of coming 4 or 5 mornings each week.
When your form is received, we will contact you about class availability and placement. Please note that registration forms received for September enrollment will not be processed until open registration begins in early January.
