I’m extremely disappointed in the way you treat your customers especially those who are in an emergency situation. I called your office twice and left voice messages because no one answered, I have filled out the appointment request form on your website twice to request an appointment and I had a text message from you that I replied to to set up my next appointment. ALL OF THESE METHODS WENT COMPLETELY UNANSWERED!!! I need an appointment ASAP. I have a tooth that needs to be pulled immediately. I have headaches and can barely turn my head because of the pain. An answer to one of my requests would

The last cleaning visit was disappointing because I waited for almost an hour for them to tell me the hygienist is running late would you like the doctor to do it. I didn't want to wait any longer so I said okay for the doctor to do the cleaning. Everything was fine but she didn't polish my teeth because she said I had no stains. If I am paying for the cleaning I would like to have the polish. It's the best part of cleaning your teeth!! I am trying to get a cleaning done somewhere else and now I can't because my insurance won't pay for another cleaning. It was a waist. Also the cleaning before

The data manager and assistant couldn't find my dental insurance information thru my medical insurance provider and had me wait an hour and half for any service.
What is worse is that the data manager new my dental insurance provider and didn't even help her own worker find my information as I waited in the lobby for so long.
Worse customer service experience that I've ever had in corpus christi! It's a shame for such a highly rated that is place ran by paper pushers who can't even do their jobs!

This is the worst dentist office I have ever been to. They have completely screwed up my crown. They told me to come in early they wasn't busy and there's 15 people in the lobby when I get here.
They have a huge turnover of dentist, can't keep them around, I have seen 3 new dentist in 2 years. Not sure why I keep coming back but no more.
Please do yourself a favor and find someone else.

They will tell you that your insurance will cover everything, and then bill you anyway!!! Office staff will not address the issue at all!!! Go anywhere else!!!
Edit and more details for their response: I have contacted them regarding the bill, and they refuse to admit they did anything wrong. I asked them numerous times, and they assured my insurance would cover everything so that I would not be billed, but they are still billing me. This happened on both of my visits. On the second visit, I literally told the lady "I think y'all did that last time, and my insurance won't cover

Absolutely the worst experience of my life. I hated every second of my visit. Continuously disregarded my questions, concerns, and needs. It took them 4 hours to do a simple fill. The dentist would leave during the procedure and keep on messing up. They had to redo it 5 times before they got it right. They then had to keep on giving me shots that I was not aware of. They spilled stuff on my face and all their work was very messy. They did not treat me with the respect as their patient. I will never go back.

I am new in town and my insurance plan chooses my dentist. Dr. Panigrahi and the hygienist were great and thorough. I was a little bummed that they seemed to take about one X-ray per tooth--my old dentist used to do maybe 4 X-rays? I know the radiation is minimal but still it seemed excessive to do so many. But they use these to generate images of each individual tooth so that is pretty cool. The one thing I did not appreciate--the dentist tried to tell me because some of my enamel is worn, I must grind my teeth at night and wanted to sell me a $300 mouth guard. Now, I know I don't grind

Both me and my three year old daughter are patients here and these guys are the BEST!! The staff is extremely friendly, competent and gentle. They don't try to rob you like other dental offices and only suggest treatments that are necessary. I am a HUGE dental wimp and they are very gentle and informative. Dr. P and the amazing hygienists are as good as it gets. I won't go anywhere else now that I have found these guys. TY!!

Had an appointment for my kids at 3 pm we sat there for more than an hour. They kept calling ppl back that had arrived 30 after us. I asked the girl at the front desk if this kind of wait was normal or maybe they were just having a slow day....she said "No it's always like this" well she works there she should know....after we still continued to sit and wait and continued to watch ppl go back that were there way after we were.....we left, ill never go back there again and wouldn't even give it one star but since I HAVE to give at least one star before I can post this I will
