We've been teaching martial arts in Gloucester County for more than 20 years! Karate classes for Kids, Teens & Adults are fast paced, fun, educational and motivational.

Children at a young age can often be intimidated and nervous about trying something new. Karate is a great way to build a child's self-confidence. It's also a great way to channel their endless energy, and teach them self-discipline and self-control. The coordination, fine motor skills, and confidence that they learn also contribute greatly when they begin school.

A: No, our schedule is open meaning you may come to whichever class best fits your schedule. As long as you are coming to an appropriate class for you. A: All of our youth karate classes run for about 30-35 min each. The adult classes (Karate, MMA, Kickboxing, Capoeira) run for about 45 min to an hour in length.

Even though our instructors are on the floor teaching one of our award winning classes, there are employees at the front desk to set up your first leadership lesson.
