The Young Dragon program is specifically design for children ages 4-6. Our curriculum helps teach our martial arts fundamentals through a series of drills and skills while building the focus, coordination and strength required for our Beginner program. Our Beginner program helps build kids confidence, self discipline and fitness through our Martial Arts Educational System to protect themselves.
Kids will be instructed in a variety of interactive self defense techniques with real world application. Hapkido is the Korean art of Self Defense. This program will teach self protection from real world scenarios while providing a healthy way of living through exercise and stress reduction. Learn proven techniques that have been taught to Militaries & Law Enforcement around the world.

If you are considering enrolling your child in karate at Ultimate you should go for it! The environment is amazing. Cody has not only learned martial arts skills, he has also gotten stronger and developed character. It has improved his ability to follow directions, make eye contact and show respect and care. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Sending my son to MacKenzie and Yates Young Dragons program has been the best decision! He’s come so far with his balance and coordination and truly enjoys going to class. The instructors make it fun for both parents and kids alike while providing structure and discipline. The Superstar 4 Life program included with membership helps children be their best in all areas of life. I’m so glad we found this place!

Going to MacKenzie & Yates Martial Arts School is one of the greatest decisions I've made for my children. I currently have four children learning martial arts skills and a two year old who copies all of their moves. The dedicated, kind, and talented instructors do not only teach them martial arts skills, but are helping to build their character, which to me, is one of the most important things we can do for our children. They are learning to be courteous, healthy, have integrity, persevere through tough times, be responsible, have self-control, and focus on setting goals for themselves. My children

All of the instructors at MacKenzie and Yates are totally awesome instructors and human beings!! We cannot say enough about their program. We have seen changes in our child that are so wonderful - confidence, coming out of her shell, focus and so much more! It's a big family!!! They teach so much more than just the moves, the life lessons they teach are invaluable!!!!

My daughter was always interested in martial arts, but was hesitant in trying something new. We signed her up for a free session during summer 2018, she was hesitant the first 10 minutes, but with the help of their helpers, Our daughter started having a blast! She now loves Martial arts and can’t wait to go to class every week!

I love this martial arts school! My daughter has more confidence, has been more focused, and more respectful since joining the Young Dragon's program. The instructors are helpful and encouraging. They make the classes so fun my daughter can't wait to go. They also teach kids some fun exercises that my daughter loves to do at home as well as in class. I highly recommend this school.

Great place! Amazing instructors. My child Jay has been taking karate lessons for a 10 months now and I couldn't recommend this place enough! Great for fitness, respect, focus. I feel like everything, from pre-enrollment up until now, has been great. I especially appreciate the clear communication from the staff about each class and about my son.
He Loved it from his first class and look forward for next class every time. The sole reason for this is the amazing instructors. They are the most patient man on earth. They manage to keep them focused, learning, and having fun all at the same time.

My son started at Mackenzie and Yates almost 2 years ago because he was very shy and lacked self confidence, now he is lot confident and not as shy. Mackenzie and Yates has really helped my son come out of his shell. The instructors are awesome with the kids and really help them out when they are struggling. I would highly recommend Mackenzie and Yates if you are looking to join.
