This is my go-to place for nails. The staff are knowledgeable and very customer-oriented. The facility is well designed and very clean. They pay attention to my needs and wants. I highly recommend them.

Every employee try’s to use your name many times during your appt! I also have gotten almond shape for gel nails many times at other salons, and my nail tech Tina took time to really get it perfect, she was also very kind.
I’m excited to go back and also try the pedicure options as well.

Expensive but they do a nice job! My niece got full acrylics with harley Quinn theme

Salon was recommended to me by another patron, and I'm so glad she did! There is a reason why it is so well rated. The service is top notch! I would have given 4.5 stars if that were possible. However, MAKE AN APPOINTMENT!! I ended up having to come on 2 separate days to get my pedi and fill due to how busy they are. And it was on a Tues and Wed. I was actually surprised by how reasonable the prices were as the salon gives a sense of being quite classy and tech savvy. More affordable than my prior salon for better work. I got exactly what I envisioned. I'm excited to keep coming here!

This was my first time here they changed the nail technician 3 times on me. After the service was finished I requested for the lady to put lotion on my hands so I could get a massage. The lady pointed me to the lotion and said you can put your own lotion on and walked away. This was definitely not spa treatment. Also they talk about their customers amongst one another it’s very obvious.

I was honestly on the fence about how to rate this salon. I've been a regular customer for the past few months and you can definitely get affordable services done in comparison to other shops. Unfortunately, you sometimes get what you paid for at this place.
The last 2 times I came, the nail technicians were rough on my nails and skin. One of them actually cut me and I started bleeding around my cuticle. It wasn't super painful but the mistake definitely could have been avoided. The problem with these salons is that they like to rush the process to get more customers in per day. I definitely felt

I've found it really doesn't matter if you make an appointment. The last 3 times I made an appointment and it's been a long wait. The first 2 times, it was over a half hour late. They said my appointment was for later than what I scheduled. Today, I verified 3 times on the phone for 6pm. I got there at five to 6.
At 6:15, I saw all these walk ins go in before me.
I asked the ETA for my 6pm appointment and she said, it was for 6:15 and I had to wait for a tech to finish and it might be a while!!
I finally realized they switch the time of your appointment on you!
Ugh! I always tip 25 to 30%.

I went to majestic nail for an eyebrow wax. I do my own waxing so I have a little bit of an idea of how the results should look. After being rushed to the chair, The aesthetician began to wax my eyebrows. When I got back to my car and Took a closer look, I noticed that the aesthetician did not do a good job on my wax. There were hairs at the bottom of the brow that she missed, My eyebrows were uneven, And I had to go back and fix the work that she did. Why would I spend money going to get a wax only to have to finish the job in my car. I know that peoples time and money are very valuable to them

I don't understand how you can have a bad experience coming here. They always exceed my expectation and i don't get my nails done often. When i do tho its always here. Tina, Tammy, and Kyle are my favorite but all the techs here do fabulous work. They will always have my money and support

I had a great experience at Majestic Nail &Day Spa! Kathy did my dip full set and I got a fantastic pedicure from Lynn! They took a lot of precautions with COVID-19; they are taking it seriously and it definitely put me more at ease. I will definitely be returning!
