If these guys gave a damn about the safety of the tenants they would cut back the vegetation that blocks out all the building markers so the emergency services can find someone in an actual emergency, they have trees that have been growing for years that are blocking visual access to the buildings which are thrown together in no particular order, Add that to the fact that the entire place is poorly lit it's even more dangerous at night

Threatened to call the police and berated a resident that was using the clubhouse all because the manager wanted to have a super bowl watching party. Made completely xenophobic comments and apparently is not the first time. Many people have reported similar problems. They delete any negative comments off their facebook page and block people from commenting. There are so many nice apartments in Bloomington, there is no need to scrape the bottom of the barrel with this one.

I moved in August as a lease delegate. I received a call at the end of August asking about renewal. I went to the office and was told there was no terms I needed to renew my lease, such as a re-application or anything, since I had already been approved. So I went to the office to renew my lease today (November) and ask about their rewards program. When I asked about the rewards program again, he told me he had no clue what that their own rewards program was. Additionally, no one asked my name and I was promptly given the wrong lease to sign. When I realized it was the wrong lease, the agent left

If I could vote 0 stars I would. I have had nothing but terrible experience after terrible experience here. When we first discovered this complex we thought to ourselves "what's the catch?!" It was so affordable and had so much to offer and appeared to be very nice. We moved in June of last year and it was nothing as we expected. They didn't even clean the apartment before we moved in. It was absolutely disgusting. EVERYTHING was broken - our dishwasher, toilet, dryer, both of our doors, etc. our mailbox has broken about 15 times this year leaving our mail accessible. Our apartment

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. I have never seen such poor and degrading customer service. If you like being harassed, blamed, or just plain ignored, then rent with this company. But be warned, the multiple maintenance requests or any other issues will not be solved after multiple attempts of contacting for an "order form" to be put in. (They probably use that line as a way to get residents off the phone.) They have a lease but do not abide by it. After multiple conversations with Stephanie Simmons (the leasing manager), it is clear that her team is mismanaged and she

I've lived here for 3-1/2 years and this complex has only gone down hill. Save your money and live elsewhere. Since the management change, the staff is unprofessional, inconsiderate, and unhelpful. There is inadequate parking requiring you to walk 0.42 miles to park legally. My kitchen has flooded twice. There are major spider, ant, and mold issues. As well as people not cleaning up after their pet waste. This is the absolute worst apartment experience ever. There are MUCH nicer, more affordable, and friendlier places to reside in Bloomington.

I have only had positive experiences with Millennium Apartments, to be honest. The common criticism is that the cost seems to be too high. At the time of my signing, the cost of a two bedroom, one bathroom apartment was $864/mo. To be honest, yes that is a little higher. You're not exactly paying for location here. At the same time, I used to live on Woodlawn Terrace Apartments, directly behind the informatics school, and that was roughly $850/mo for a two bedroom, one bath, but that's where the similarities end.
Here's what I'll say, the amenities are SO worth it if you

I lived at Townhouses on Tenth, which is another rental complex operated by Millennium Apartments.
While the location and convenience of the ToT properties were huge pluses, the management leaves something to be desired. Upon move-in, we were told that there was absolutely no way to submit a check on the premises, so I either would have to go to the other side of town to the Millennium Office to pay rent, mail a check, or pay online. However, the pay online option was not available, so I would have to mail my checks in. When the online payment system eventually was operating, no notice was made

10/10 would not recommend. Deceitful, scams the customers, does not care about tenants, only wants to compile as much money from you as possible. On move out, prepare to owe $1500 + no matter what, as they have a minimum standard for how low they can charge, carpets will get replaced and you will be charged because they have a nice "friendship" with the carpet people.

Do not live here. That's the best advice I can give. It looks nice, new, and clean, and they lure you in with all these seemingly great amenities, but it is *not* worth it.
Where to start?
1. They are far from every convenience and campus. You will spend more at Millenium in rent than you would at apartment complexes 5 mins from campus and 2 mins from stores. For context we were being charged $950/mo for a 2 Bed/2 Bath 1100 sq ft. Our new apartment is the exact same, but only $812/mo, 5 mins from campus with multiple bus lines and 2 mins from multiple shopping centers.

If you choose to rent here, do not trust anything you're told by management.
I liked the apartment. It felt very spacious for a one-bedroom apartment. In fact, I had no complaints about the apartments or the management until I moved out.
At the move out inspection, I was told that the apartment was in good condition. I knew that I had small holes in the walls from picture hanging nails and I was told that I would be charged to fix these; however I was told that the repair would consist of minor spot painting to cover the holes.
I was charged over $160 for this "spot painting."

Moving to Millennium Apartments has been a disaster every moment after getting a tour and signing contracts. My roommate and I were looking for a 3 bedroom apartment with a garage. Millennium had a great special going that included basic cable, internet, and the three bedroom apartment that we were looking for. We got a tour of their very nice amenities (24hr gym and pool). The three bedroom apartment that we were showed was also very nice. They informed us that the living room would be smaller because of the garage that we wanted, and that the utility closet is different depending on the apartment

The apartments and facilities are decent. The management is thoroughly engaging and positive - when you are signing the lease. After that, they are basically unreachable. Issue with the included cable / internet? Call Comcast (They claim to have speeds up to 30 GBps - you will get 1.5 on a good day, about what you'll get at Starbucks when they're really busy). Want to find someone to take over your lease? They're swamped with people wanting apartments, but that's not their department. Service issue? Talk to the guy who fixes stuff, but don't dare complain. There really

I like this apartment and i like the management team, we can't afford all their requirements when we want to rent and they give us a chance. They changed new carpet when we moved in. We got bugs and they solved it fast. There's no complaint until now. Good price, include everything except electricity.

There are major pros and cons. First of all, maintenance has been amazing for our apartment. Any time we have needed ANYTHING, from something as simple as needing a key to something as complex as our air conditioner going out on us, they have been there extremely promptly. Compared to any apartment complexes that I have lived at, this is a MAJOR plus for them. Also, the amenities you simply can't beat-- a huge indoor resort-style pool, full gym that's available 24 hours a day, etc. make the place far superior to most others in town as far as I am concerned considering this is all included

I really like living in this community. With plenty of offered amenities such as the 24 hour gym and the indoor pool, I find it a very convenient location. Being so far away from campus has its perks in that there is a quiet community where one can truly call home. Water/Cable/Internet are all included in the rent with only electricity left to pay making budgeting much easier.

I would not recommend this place. We moved into a 3 bedroom apartment because it was spacious and the amenities were appealing. Once we moved in it did not take us long to realize that the staff was unorganized and clueless. Any questions that we had they never seemed to know the answers to. They couldn't even tell us the school district our kids would be in. They kept trying to tell us that we owed fees that we already paid (we kept all our receipts so we were able to settle the issue). Before signing a lease we asked if it was a quiet community and if you could hear your neighbors. We were
