Booked a gel manicure through class pass. I have passed this studio several times and always was curious as it looked very cute and they just switched to a new location a few doors down from their original! Studio is very clean. I appreciate the autoclave tools and the individual nail file and buffer. My nail tech was SO gentle which is hard to come by in the city. She went so slow and was really careful not to cut me at all. The color was very even and there hasn't been a chip yet (went last week) so super grateful for that!

Iv been coming here a few times now since I just moved out here. Out of all the spots in my area that I've seen, Black label Nails has been the most friendliest and clean salon. Everyone here is very nice and they do a very good job. The jelly that they put in the water for the pedicure is very soothing. Always a relaxing time here and very good job on the nails.

I rated them a 2 because they were friendly and worked with me with choosing multiple colors for my nails but I came in for a fill and spent over $70 on nails I didn't like. I asked multiple times for them to fix/straighten the shape of my nails and eventually got tired of asking but I hate the way they look and they're honestly the worst shaped nails I've ever gotten.
I also was confused about a promotional gift card deal they had going on. I didn't realize I couldn't use the gift card towards my current service or even tip with the gift card but even after letting them know I was just visiting

I had been a steady customer for years. Today I walked in at 6 for a no-color manicure. After waiting for awhile, the owner came over to tell me that there were pedicures ahead of me and no one cared about my manicure.
Excuse me?? You don't say that to a steady customer. I went down to Lexy Nails on 35th Street - they took me right away for a pedicure and a manicure.

Got powder dip nails here and the color did not match to their swatch at all! They told me that it was due to color under the nail but it was clearly another color. Then my powder nails did not even last a week when they generally last until removal! Horrible experience and don’t know why they have great reviews.

I originally would have given this 4 stars. I knocked off one because the basin did not have a disposable bag. (The means you really have to scrub the basin and is more likely to have germs.) Anyway, I decided to treat myself with a gel manicure from the mani/pedi special. I also added on $12 for the French tip. It was $73 (about $86 with tip).
My pedicure chipped the same day and my manicure chipped after only two days. I went back and they said they wouldn't redo it but would do a touchup. the touchup didn't look quite correct because it was higher up over the gel and the whites didn

Sunny the owner reached out with a thoughtful message and offered to redo my nails after seeing my photo. A lady by the name of Anna did a great job and I just wanted to reshare an updated photo of my nails in the same color as the original, and share my appreciation of a business owner taking the time to remedy the situation.
