Westerville Office is run very poorly!!! I had an appointment for 5 weeks and the day I was to visit they scheduled me with a totally different dentist and switched my time without my knowledge. They also cancelled my husband's appointment that also was scheduled five weeks earlier on a Wednesday that the Dentist decided not to work on Wednesday's any more! I asked if this is how the office normally runs and they said it was. We were looking for a new Dentist for our family, this cost them three new patients!

Friendly and efficient staff! A family atmosphere that makes you feel welcomed and a part of their family! This office is totally covid compliant. Kudos to the amazing manager who obviously knows what traits make good employees! She jumps in and helps out with phones and patient inquiries. She is the person who assures the office is run… professionally, efficiently and with a relaxing and fun atmosphere! I see Dr. Shelly and she is amazing and does excellent work! I forget the names of staff but have been served by several and they all have been great!
