Will steal all of your money and leave you up to hang dry. Worst cockroach infestation I've seen in my life and the fact that my fiance had to wait for 6 weeks for an exterminator while she had to also deal with toxic black mold found between the caulking of the bathroom tub. Not to mention but the neighborhood leaves a lot to be desired. Had multiple occasions where guns where shot off in the parking lot. Not to mention but a couple of their maintence men are kinda rapey and told us that it's our problem not theirs. They've gutted us approx. $2500. Edward Rose & Sons will ruin your life, DO NOT

If your'e paying $1000 a month to live in Seville, I'll pray for you. There is absolutely no reason for the rents at this place to be this high. They have been around since the 70's with no real upgrades, roach infestations, and not to mention safety issues.

So I rated this place as great at first because my first 6 months went well, but when I tried to move to a two bedroom the process was awful. They assured me I would have a unit by the end of my lease and then there wasn't. And then they try to screw you out of your deposit checks, not sure if they want to keep the deposit for themselves or what. Also the neighborhood is getting dangerous since the past year or so. A lot of cops in the parking lot on numerous occasions. I'd recommend looking somewhere else.

Seville offers apartment options to fit the needs of anyone. Multiple utilities are included in rent, electricity and internet are not included and are paid monthly by the resident. I currently live in a one bedroom and it includes a living room, bathroom, dining room and kitchen. Your building community shares a laundry room and the unassigned parking lot next to the building. The value of the apartment is great for the price and amenities offered.

I've lived at Seville now for over a year and have had an okay experience. The apartments are very cheap, but it's to be expected. The office staff and maintenance staff DO NOT communicate well. I've had maintenance requests take days upon days to be resolved. I try to understand that at times there are more pressing matters, but I called about the screen door that broke in the apartment (at the time of writing this 12 days ago) and asked for it to be repaired, I was told maintenance would be there as soon as they could, I gave permission to enter the apartment if I was not home, went on a small

NEVER leave packages in front door if you live in this community!!! There are thieves stealing packages. Called the office to remind them of this situation and staff said they were aware of it and ask you to change the deliver location next time. That's it. They did nothing else to help and sounds like its your own fault losing packages. Do not expect they will do further improvement on looking for the thieves. I should give 0 star but no such option in google.

Forget about the security deposit you made. They have the bad way to steal that money from you. There was an armed robbery at the complex while I was living there. It’s an open community and there lot of unwanted traffic. Insecure and hate it

Very quiet with friendly staff. Maintenance is always here within the next day when I put in requests and they made the move in process quick and painless!!

The buldings are old and won't last much longer unless something is done about it. My apartment flooded twice and all they did was fix the landscaping around the wall. Nothing was done to fix the foundation that the water was running through. I feel sorry for the next person that lives there. I lived with my bedroom furniture in the living room for over a month because of the flooding and management did nothing to repay me for the inconvenience. My window had a gap in it exposing the outside. All maintenance could do was fill the hole because they did not have a structural team to fix the wall

My apartment is fairly decent! I've lived here for 3 years and will be signing a lease for a fourth. I enjoy living here, maintenance is always timely and nice; john is amazing! Hes literally one of my favorite parts of living here because hes such a hard work at and gets things done. I do wish that the inside of the apartments were more updated. They just look super basic with a basic layout. Nothing to write home about lol but other than that I like the location and it's fairly priced... so no real complaints.
