Since childhood, I have been fascinated by eyes! I used to hide in my closet with a penlight and a handheld mirror to watch my pupils dilate while I shone the light into them. Later in school, when friends were dreamily scribbling their own and their crush's name together as 'Mr. I truly love what I do.

The staff that work at Port Royal Eye Care are some of the nicest I've ever encountered in any medical office. However, after going there for the last several years, I won't be returning.
My problem is that while they are happy to answer questions, you have to know what questions to ask. If you don't know what to ask, don't expect them to explain things to you that you wish you had known about the lenses you will be getting. It's very frustrating to wait 5-10 days for new glasses, only to find out what was prescribed and custom made is essentially useless for your lifestyle.

It’s always a great experience when I’m there. They are friendly, knowledgeable and caring. I made the mistake of letting my vision insurance convince me to go somewhere else and it didn’t save me money and the service was nowhere near what I receive at Port Royal Eye Care so of course I went right back.

They are the best. Dr. Price and her staff are So friendly but very professional. Answer all your questions and never feel rushed. After I ordered my new frames and wore them for awhile, I decided the frames were just not what I wanted. They graciously ordered two new styles (without me asking) Picked out new frames today - popped out my new lenses added to new frames and I was on my way. Thank you Dr. Price and staff for going that extra mile to make a client happy.

I wish there was an option for over five stars because Dr. Stephanie Price and her team are excellent! I've been a patient of Dr. Price's for over 10 years and I can't imagine any other doctor giving me the care that she has. Admittedly, I'm a terrible patient (think Rachel from Friends) but Dr. Price soothes my anxiety with her calming demeanor. Her team is knowledgeable, kind, and efficient; they really make you feel like family. I get so many complements on my glasses! I can't recommend Port Royal Eye Care and Dr. Price enough!

Called and left a voicemail to cancel my appointment and asked for someone to call me back and reschedule. Almost 6 weeks later with no returned call. I reminded myself to call again but got distracted by work,and when I did remember to call they were closed. Finally reminded myself no one called me and had a min to call. Talked to the front desk, asked for Dr to call in an oral medicine because the gel wasn't helping. No changes in my eyes and they said it have to be seen again because it was 6 weeks. So I get punished for them not calling me back and can't try an oral med that I've used before

For over a year I have been having near daily headaches. Nothing seemed to help and I was resigned to just deal with them. That was until I decided to talk to Port Royal Eye Care team. A few test and a new pair of neurolenses later and I have been headache free for over two months. THANK YOU Port Royal Eye Care team for helping me get back to my normal!

I just picked up my glasses today and am thrilled! My glasses need a specialized tint that isn't widely available. After talking to her at my appointment Dr. Price went out of her way to learn about what I needed, contact the Dr. that originally developed it, and use a lab that could provide it. I am so impressed by her desire to get these right for me even though it meant extra time and understanding. Also, she was just as excited that these came out so good!

Dr. Price and her team are the absolute best! I will always go to port royal eye care. I had trouble for years with migraines, stiff neck, light sensitivity, and more and they were able to run specific tests that lead to me getting nuerolenses. This is a relatively new technology but I have had them for over a year now and they have changed my life. I couldn’t happily live without them! Thank you so much, Dr. Price for the level of care, attention to detail, and over all amazing experience that I have each time I come in for a visit.
