Services
Doctors of optometry (ODs) are the independent primary health care professionals for the eye. Optometrists examine, diagnose, treat, and manage diseases, injuries, and disorders of the visual system, the eye, and associated structures as well as identify related systemic conditions affecting the eye.
Melanie started as an optometric assistant and is now our office manager. She is the machine that keeps the whole business going. Occasionally she will still conduct your pre-testing and special testing before seeing the doctor to stay sharp in that area. Melanie enjoys meeting patients and helping meet your eye care needs.
Spring Hill Eyecare was Maury County's Best Eye Care Provider in the Columbia Daily Herald's Best of the Best 2021! The Eye Eco Outstanding Dry Eye Practice Award is presented to eye care practices that are dedicated to treating dry eye and helping patients find relief. Dr. Rob Szeliga was voted the Citizen of the Year in the 2020 Advertiser News' Best of Spring Hill / Thompson's Station contest!

From Zach answering my call (and saving the day for my teenager) to the friendly young lady who took all of our family history, updated our chart and basically got to know us, all the way to the Dr. (Who was also friendly and knowledgeable)....... we thoroughly enjoyed our 'emergency' appointment with this facility. Thank you guys for doing such a great job!

I walked into Spring Hill Eye Care and I felt like I was at a swanky day spa ! Then…I was treated so graciously and efficiently. I didn’t get rushed through like I felt at previous eye care offices. Spring Hill Eye Care is definitely My place for eye care forever!

This is a beautiful building and all of the staff are friendly. I did not enjoy the sales techniques that were employed during my visit. I have been a sales professional and sales leader for more than 10 years and what they do at Spring Hill EyeCare are shady techniques. They performed an eye scan before I was told how much it cost then later in the exam I was asked if i wanted to see my eye in this way or do it the old school way. Second was having me sign for a contact lens exam when I told the tech and doctor that all I wanted was glasses, then charging me for an exam that I didn’t ask for

I took my son in for an eye exam and I was very impressed from start to finish. Everyone was very nice and attentive and personable. The eye doctor we saw, Dr. Beckman, was so patient and she answered every question we had and took the time to explain everything she was doing. We did not feel rushed at all. You could tell the whole office enjoyed what they did and were very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!

Dr. Beckman couldn’t have been nicer. She knows her stuff and she totally listens to me and all of my vision concerns. The techs and the cashier were very polite and the techs were very good. I am truly satisfied and will become a regular patient there. The glasses selections are beautiful.
