Since our practice opened in July of 2006, our goal has been to provide excellent care and customer service in a friendly, warm, and inviting atmosphere where patients leave with a positive eyecare and eyewear experience; not just an eye exam and a pair of glasses. TaylorMade Eyecare & Optical is a member of Vision Source, the nation's premier network of private practice optometrists.
Our office provides co-management of many surgical procedures such as Cataract surgery, Laser surgery, Refractive surgery and Strabismus surgery. We offer this in conjunction with the hospital and local eye surgeons. Additionally, we have working arrangements established with other specialized eye care doctors to manage such things as retinal detachments, retinal tears and hemorrhages.
Optos optomap technology offers unparalleled views of the retina which allows for ultra-widefield retinal imaging to aid Dr. Taylor in diagnosing, analyzing, documenting and monitoring ocular pathology that may first present in the periphery, and otherwise may go undetected using traditional examination techniques and equipment.
We must have a current contact lens exam on file for you to be able to order contacts from this or any source. By law, you must return to an eyecare professional every 12 months for a new contact lens exam and fitting. Contact lenses are considered a medical device and are to be dispensed under strict federal guidelines.

During my regular vision check, I mentioned occasional flashes of light in my eye. Dr. Hall immediately picked up on my symptoms, did some further tests and made an appointment for me to see a doctor at Tennessee Retina for repair to my retina. I am so appreciative for her attention and expertise. I have been most impressed with both doctors in this practice.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at TaylorMade. The staff was kind and welcoming, the doctor answered all of my questions and explained everything thoroughly, and the sweet lady at the front desk even helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses! I am so glad that I decided to change providers and that I ended up at TaylorMade.

I broke my glasses over the weekend and called 7 different places on Monday morning. Taylormade was reccomended to me by my boss. Taylormade was also the only place to answer the phone. (It's Thursday and only one other place I contacted has reached out) I made an appointment with Taylormade and luckily someone canceled and I was able to come in sooner than expected. Dr. Taylor was fantastic and very thorough. Jennifer was also very helpful and answered any questions I had. I can't wait to get my new glasses and I highly recommend Taylormade!

Dr. Taylor and her staff are beyond excellent. I have never had such a great experience as I had here!!!! I came in with no appointment and a semi-emergency. I am not an established patient( wasn't until now :)) and Dr. Taylor put off going to lunch to take a look at my eye. Her bedside manner is above and beyond. I will never go to another commercial eye Dr!!!! Thank you all so much.

I think most will expect their eye doctor can be trusted to give a thorough exam and offer the best solution for their eyes. This is definitely the case with TaylorMade Eyecare.
