These guys took $12,500 dollars from me. Do not get scammed like I did. Every week they asked for more paperwork dragging the process on for almost 3 months. If they had their act together I would have given them everything they needed to process the loan in one day. Todd Murray will not pick up the phone after he gets your money. This was one of the worst decisions I have made, do yourself a favor and forget keep your money. I am in the process of filing with the BBB and am having my law team go after them for theft.

Took our money to apply for the place, then said we were under income, when in fact, we are not. They would only take check stubs as proof of income and we had a few unpaid days off in there. If they would take my tax returns as proof of income, then we would qualify. We were barely under. They would not work with us in any way. Just trying to get as many application fees as possible. I will report this to the attorney general also as it feels like they are ripping people off. Us to the tune of $60.00. They did refund my money after I wrote the review. This company recently took over management of my complex when it was sold to a new owner. They have been VERY easy to work with and understanding. When I moved out they made it easier and I was out before my last 30 days were up as I wanted to get to Texas before the pandemic restrictions got any worse. Without even having to ask they sent me a check for part of my final rent payment as they had a new tenant move in early. A company that sent me a check without even asking because they filled the empty apartment even though technically I had the space till the end of the month. That's service and

They make you feel like it's your home. They don't stop by all the time. They also fix anything that's breaks. I also appreciate that I called to see if I could get a puppy for my bf birthday and they called the owner right then and I was approved. Thank you to the owner too.

It's not ok to park in a manner that causes an obstruction to residents, and then be disrespectful to no end when you are asked to move a little bit.
I know professionalism but that was so far from it it was pathetic. Never once was I rude or disrespectful to you. I only wanted to park with out having to pull forward and back a few times in a spot that I have been parking for over a month now.
Next time you hop out like you are wanting to start a scene please be advised that we watch out for each other in our neighborhood.

I have had many property managers in the past. I've had any number of problems, up to and including not paying my mortgages to the point of a notice of default on the door. I hate to mention that in my review, but it is important that readers know that my opinion of TNT is based upon a lot of experience.
I purchased an apartment complex two years ago that was suffering, to say the least, from poor management that lead to deferred maintenance and below market rents. This was a major project because these problems persisted for a number of years before I purchased.

I've had Tom Koltes and his crew managing my 16 units across multiple cities for several years now. He is also my "go to" and only real estate broker. I have had many property managers in the past in several states. Tom and his group are the best property managers I've ever had. They've improved my property values. They are fantastic at finding long-term stable tenants which is very key to profitability. The are also the best as brokers for buying and selling because they know how to find the best deals and terms when transacting. I highly recommend this outfit. Totally happy with TNT !!
