Cory grew up in Boise and began working in Real Estate with his family at a young age. Later he received his BS in Organizational Communication from the University of Utah and an MBA at Purdue University. His professional experience includes work for a small healthcare company in the intermountain west and multiple assignments as a Product Manager with Johnson & Johnson on the East Coast.

Our pricing is not only fair but also competitive. A one-time set-up and administrative fee will be assessed for each new client.
Everyone who considers renting living space to tenants needs to decide whether they have time for being a landlord and if it is something they truly wish to take on. Thankfully, having a rental property does not mean you have to also be a landlord. One benefit of hiring an outside firm to manage the property is that the tenant-landlord transaction is managed by a third-party intermediary.

Beech Tree is the most unethical and unprofessional company I have ever delt with. Once they have you trapped in a lease, they believe they can treat you however they like. They make no attempt to reconcile any issues you are having and only care about maximizing their profits. As long as they continue to benefit from the surge of people moving into the area, you and your family are expendable because “The market value has gone up and we can get more for this property” (President, Cory Tanner). If you are a good tenant, rent is always paid on time, have a family and kids, it doesn’t matter

I am so happy to be a resident of Aspen Creek Apartments! The location is central to everything I need plus has close freeway access, but more than that, I’ve made some wonderful friends here! The management has been great and our newest manager, Alex, does a wonderful job and is very friendly and professional. Our maintenance man, Bob is also skilled and personable and any issues that have needed attention are taken care of promptly and to my satisfaction. I especially love the deep tub, the wide doors and the taller ceiling in the living area of my apartment. And changes are being made to the

While there has been frequent changes in management over the last 8 months, each of them people in the office have been helpful with any issues arising. I have lived here since May of 2020 and I enjoy it. I appreciate the quick responses from the office if any issues do arise and their willingness to work with me when anything happens that needs attention.

I have had a wonderful experience renting from Beech Tree Property Management!! They are kind and professional people who take the time to listen to your needs and will work with you if you work with them! Also working within property management, I have found that those who grovel and gripe are typically folks who are bad tenants (i.e. do not adhere to the lease they signed, are poor communicators, take poor care of the property, etc.). I have experienced nothing but wonderful things with these people and would definitely recommend them for managing your property!

Holley Diem and Cory Tanner of Beechtree Property Management have been absolutely horrible to rent from. They are non-responsive, do not follow their own lease agreements.
The house we moved into was not cleaned, kept up, they hired most likely uninsured repair/service contractors who would do such things as instead of weeding a garden bed just put dirt on top of it and a sprinkler repair person who ended up racking up a $600 water bill in one month because he did not service the system correctly.
When we moved in the gutters were completely full of mud and branches leading to the deterioration

We've been with Beech Tree for 9 months now as a renter and I can honestly say they are the absolute best property management company I have ever worked with. They are kind, accommodating, and very on top of it! The properties are always immaculate, staff is friendly, and they always send someone ASAP on service calls. They never give you the run around, they communicate effectively, and just make it easy! We are so appreciative of them and hope to model our own property management company this way sometime in the future. :)

We have had Beech Tree manage our home in the treasure valley for several years. They have always found good tenets who fit our requirements. Since we also live out of state, they have done a great job at finding people who can do repairs and things that we are not able to do at prices that we can afford. They have always been very responsive with any concerns that we have and in promptly getting back to us in communications. 10 out of 10 would work with this company again!

We applied for a rental with Beech Tree Management, and 15 minutes later we had a call about placing a down payment! With the way housing is moving in the Treasure Valley, I was sincerely impressed by the swift response and professionalism. The entire process was down within five days. The maintenance team did a wonderful job fixing up odds and ends our first week there. I'm truly sad our rental company has been switched by the new owners. I'm hopeful whomever we have next is just as wonderful to work with :)

We have had Beech Tree Property Management manage our 2 home rentals for 3+ years. They have been affordable and responsive to our needs, questions and concerns in a timely manner. They take care of our properties, work well with our tenants, and quickly respond to us, as needed. I would highly recommend them for those who want freedom from the day-to-day problems of being a landlord. We can travel and leave at any time in retirement without worrying about our rentals.
