Been renting from K.W.A. for just over a year and have nothing but good things to say. Ken, Ashley & the entire crew are amazing. Any issues with the property and someone is sent immediately, fair pricing, friendly and even gives tenants a small Christmas gift each year during the winter property walkthrough (a tin of holiday popcorn) and it's the small things like this that set them above the rest. Honestly, they will work with you as long as you pay your rent on time and keep your rental clean -you really won’t have a problem here at all -they’re really good people in the office. Also the maintenance crew have always been prompt and courteous when issues or repairs arise.

Ken with KWA property management was an absolute saint when it came to finding my family a home that was not only spacious from front to back, but also accommodated all of our needs. He worked tirelessly until we felt we found a house that works for us I give this company 5 stars I'd give them more if I could!!!

We have rented from KWA for nearly 4 years and have been happy with them. They are very quick to fix any issues. They inspect twice a year. I dont have an issue with it. They are making sure the property is being maintained and if you need anything fixed. Ken doesnt make it feel invasive and its pretty quick. Our house is very reasonably priced. Im please with them and would recommend others.

We are current renters of KWA and have been for almost a year. Anytime we have needed any maintenance the guy is here that day. They are super easy to deal with and when we dont need something, they just leave us be, which is how it should be. They do house checks every 6 months. Which I completely agree with, they dont want there houses being ruined, but also to see if the renters need anything. The only reason they would do more is if they are concerned. And legally they are aloud to. KWA is an incredible locally owned company to rent from and we will continue here for the foreseeable future

Ken is a great guy , I rented from him far 2 years not once had a problem. He is fast about taking care of anything you threw at them. Great company to rent from , speaking from experience. I would rate them a 10 there constantly working with people and constantly dropping off gifts on holidays to show face.

I recently rented a property from KWA. They were upfront and honest about the process of renting the property and what their expectations were with regards to paying rent. I had zero issues getting the maintenance team to come out and work on a few things on the property. They always gave me plenty of notice if they needed access to the property (usually 48+ hours). When the time came for me to move out, I also had an extremely easy time working with Ashley and Ken to make it a smooth transition. All in all, I have no complaints renting from them and wouldn't hesitate to rent a property from them

I would like to submit a sincere, honest review of KWA Property Management . I have to say Ken and his family were up front and honest on the properties they managed. They worked with us to the point not many property management companies reach. They were professional, punctional and polite. We appreciate them being there for us and we hope they can help others to on finding a home. I would recommend anyone to KWA Property Management.

I had the best time renting from them, their rentals are fully equipped with a stove, a fridge, and all the bedbugs you can handle! They moved a family of 5 into a apartment knowing it has bedbugs and after we moved out they just moved a single mother with 3 young kid's in. They are not a good property management company! Dont rent from them!
