Keeping residents happy and renewing by reducing telephone tag and emails by allowing residents to submit maintenance requests and manage payments from their mobile device.

Working with Toni has been such a delight.
We found her to be professional, personable, caring, and having lots of experience.
She took care of everything; gave us good advice as to how to make the rental more up-to-date and presentable, was always at the house to meet and oversee repairs that had to be done, kept constant communication with us, and has a great resource for maintenance and repair people.
She takes it upon herself to spend a good amount of time with each potential tenant that allows her to evaluate whether they would be happy with the rental and it’s location. It’s so important

Do not give a second thought about using the services of this company. My contact was with Toni. I could not have been more please. Up front, I did not end up renting a home after our many phone calls; however, I do not want to let go of her phone number. Toni was easy going, patience with my endless questions and most knowledge in the landscape of the current rental situation here in Southern Idaho.

We have had nothing but exceptional service and support from R&R Property Management! They are down to earth and treat their renters like family. Any issues or concerns we have had, they have been prompt and thorough in getting it taken care of for us. We've had negative rental experiences with other companies in the past, but R&R has been great!

This property management company is incredible. We had our home listed for one day during the holiday season and got it rented. The property managers are knowledgeable and look out for the customer and renter. They are also very affordable compared to other companies. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

R&Property management is the most amazing place you can rent from. They are very careing and respectful and sweet people. The care about you and your family and go the extra mile to make things great for you in your house. I would recommend R&R propertyanagment to everyone. They are amazing. Toni is the best. When you call her for anything she is on top of it she calls you right back if you need anything the same day.other rental places call u back after a week or so not this company.

Toni has been very attentive to all of our needs from the day we met her. She responds to any questions the same day and frequently within minutes. We rent a house and have had a couple of maintenance issues. She arranged service within a day or two and problems solved. My wife and I would recommend R & R and specifically Toni without hesitation.

We switched property management companies in June, We had been with our previous property management company for 2 years. We have been extremely pleased with our move.! We have had a greater return on our investments. We feel they are better maintained and are better informed of things going on with them. We have also been told by our tenants, that they are much happier with R & R. They feel they are taken care of more efficiently and quickly than before. We highly recommend R & R Property Management. My husband and I started searching for a bigger home to rent and just so happened to be so blessed to get Toni. I was so back and forth in my decision on applying for the home and literally would text her and say never mind only to say I'm interested. She would always answer my question regardless of the time. She was so professional and kind. She showed me the property and it was very clean, a brand new home, she had it warm inside before I came inside and due to the rain that day I was 30 minutes late. She was not the slightest bit upset or rude towards me. We talked about 20 minutes or so and
