The Northgate Meadows office staff has been nothing but patient, helpful, and responsive all the way to moving day. They worked with me throughout the process, and made sure everything was in great shape by the time I moved in. The community has been peaceful and friendly, and I don't think I could ask for a better place to live.

Lived here back in 2014-2016. It was a nice place to live. Didn't have to call management often but when we did they would come and fix whatever issue we were having. Hallways were clean. Neighbors were quiet. One parking spot but it was also right next to a visitor spot so we were able to use that. Laundry room in every building. The office staff were friendly.

Overall normal expected apartment living experiences!! The staff is super friendly and kind. I have been here a little over a year. Yesterday was my daughter 20th bday and they made her smile with a cookie and a bday card from the office. They are very personable and does little things to keep us tenants happy. Keep being awesome! It's much appreciated!!

I first gave my review 3 stars but after have lived there for s year, I'm gonna change it to 5. Yes there where your regular issues but EVERY SINGLE PLACE HAS IT UNLESS YOUR PAYING A 1000 BUCKS A MONTH FOR A ONE BEDROOM. But unfortunately we had to leave due to the whole covid thing and my fiance losing his job over it. We didnt know all the rules of paying rent or not paying rent at that time, so with my biggest regrets I just told one of the office workers what was going on. It was at the t ijj me they had Mr.Softy the ice cream truck come up and gave all residents free ice cream!!! He lost his

Northgate has taken care of me since I arrived. The people are great, the maintenance techs know what they are doing, the staff makes sure my concerns are taken care.
For the price... I love my apartments.... it’s got everything I need and the renovations they did for my place are fantastic.
I don’t see myself leaving anytime soon.

Let me say in that whole office Michael is the only person who actually helps you.I had lived at Northgate Meadows for 2 years, They have been through 3 office managers since than. Maintenance there is new people almost every week and they have no clue on how to fix things. Actually after my lease ended they charged me for things that I didnt even have in my apartment I had to buy a new shower head, My apartment was not even clean when i moved in tub was nasty and had foot prints in it. My fridge kept leaking and i had to keep putting maintenance request in for it that never even got fixed. the
