I do not recommend moving here if you like quiet in your home. This is for Parkside Grand (Pensacola Grands sister complex which is on the same property)
There is no instillation in the ceilings and they put hardwood flooring on the second and third floors. This means you hear every footstep, music, phone call, shower, toilet flush and more coming from your neighbors (even if they aren't being loud, there's just nothing to absorb the noise).
They built the units poorly and have large bubbles in the flooring, crooked doorways, and many things were broken upon moving into our unit last

I don't know how anyone in their right mind could not love this place. One star? You kidding me?! Where else can you get such great amenities for a reasonable price, and such a convenient location? The salt water pool is phenomenal, the gym is clean and well equipped, with tanning and sauna. I haven't even talked about how much I love our apartment! Very spacious rooms and closets, the deck, the kitchen...niiiice, it's my favorite place other than the master bedroom. Pet friendly community with well kept grounds. Whatever you think is missing here I'm sure they are working on it, or will work on

My husband & I have lived here for over 2 1/2 years & we love it.
The amenities are amazing.
Definitely the biggest apartment gym I've ever seen. Sauna & pool included.
Management is very helpful.
Keirsha Howard is the office manager & she will go above and beyond for her residents.
Katie Aldridge is the newest addition to the office, she is very sweet and helpful as well.
Maintenance staff, Greko & Mike, are there 24/7 if you need anything fixed.
This is by far Pensacola's best luxury apartments.

Great apartments! Absolutely loved my kitchen and granite counter tops! So much counter space. Great gym with such a variety of equipment, and a sauna! My bedroom closet was large as well! Enjoyed having such a spacious apartment. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and I loved knowing that my large packages went to the office, so I didn't worry about them sitting outside. Very affordable for the amount of space and amenities provided!

I absolutely loved living at the Pensacola Grand. Although there were certainly some problems early on the staff has worked hard to make it a wonderful place to live. The units are new, beautiful and very spacious. The maintenance staff works tirelessly to keep the place clean and to fix any issues. I also had a great experience with the front desk staff. They were always pleasant and worked to fix any issues I had. I would absolutely recommend this complex.

We were some of the first residents to move in, and though the entire complex wasn't completed I still felt like it was home. The staff is great, the girls in the front are very welcoming and friendly. The clubhouse is like a dream house, with glass doors in the back that open up to the pool. Gym is adequate for people trying to stay in shape, though could use more free weights. Tanning beds were a great addition I hadn't seen at an apartment complex. The apartments themselves are huge, which makes for plenty of space for storage and never felt like an apartment, especially with the vaulted ceilings

I happened to come across the negative reviews on here and wanted to make sure there were more accurate reviews available. First off, the staff is far from incompetent as previous reviews mentioned. My family and I relocated to the area due to jobs and they were extremely helpful and flexible in assisting us with our move in date as well as recommending day cares in the area. They alert us when we have packages and remember who we are which is nice to feel like you aren’t just another person in the complex to them. The apartments are spacious and our apartment backs up to a huge courtyard area

Where to start about this place. Firstly, my roommate and myself moved into this complex back in July of 2017 with the selling point of this complex being the amenities. We were told that the amenities (clubhouse, pool, etc.) would be completed in September or early October and as of now (18 Jan 2018) nothing is completed. The management continued to tell us every time we paid rent that the amenities would be completed next month. Second, they contracted AT&T for cable and internet which is added to the rent regardless if you wanted cable or not. Thirdly, their other "amenities"

Very disappointed with everything about this apartment complex except for the apartment itself. The owners are obviously idiots. They contracted with AT&T to make this a "Connected Community" which means you must pay $95 which is added to your rent for a U-Verse package that is so poor you must add services at an "a la carte" price just to get a decent TV and Internet package. This drives your cost way above what you could get on your own off of the web. Next, the complex itself. As of 12/9/2017 we have virtually no amenities the parking lots and roads are not finished and
