It's a great place to stay at. Close to the town center and close to get onto the highway if going to norfolk or oceana. The ladies at the front are very nice and have great customer service. I loved the free pizza I got, a half off pizza, and the free cokes upon moving in. Who doesn't like pizza lol. The pool is cool and the gym is okay. You are able to get spots when parking but after 1130 you might have to park on the road or side street. Overall I'm satisfied. I got the two bed room and one bath because it was cheaper than the one bed rooms because they go off what's in demand and it's just

If I could chose 0 stars I would, terrible place to live. Roach infested, mold growing everywhere in the house. Maintenance either doesn't show up or doesn't fix the problem right the first time. Washing machine frequently breaks and they take forever to fix it. Over priced for what you get. Would not recommend to anyone. Management does not care about residents and their communication skills are horrible can never get ahold of anyone.

Have been a resident for over 10 years and except the parking situation I have absolutely no complaints. The office team is incredibly friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is prompt and efficient. Love the work they do. You can tell that everyone cares about the tenants. In addition with every renewal they are giving you some type of upgrade. This is more than most apartment complexes will do for their tenants. Love living here.

I lived here going on two years now. It’s fairly nice, most the staff I come in contact with are helpful and kind. Location is great. But the parking here is terrible. I have tried reaching out to the office about this, and they have tried to fix things but still parking is a problem. This is a huge burden still. I work nights and the closest place to park is a 15 walk completely off the complex. I dont like paying rent to have to have my car parked not where I live.

The staff is awesome and prompt to address any concerns and or questions. Neighbors are friendly. Very well maintained apartment complex considering how long they Palms have been standing.
I would have given 5 stars but the parking is horrible. Maybe should consider limiting the amount of parking decals issued to each resident.

I've been at Malibu Palms for about half a year so far and love it. Casie and the rest of the staff are wonderful! They have always been very prompt with any concerns I have. I was extremely impressed with how quickly the responded to some drainage issues I was having outside my patio, rebudegting some money, digging a new path for water flow, and laying new seed down for grass, all within a few weeks.
I highly recommend Malibu Palms to anyone, and they are also family friendly. I really want to give them a five star rating but the parking situation, as mentioned by a few other posters, is very

Only been here for about 3 weeks but here’s my feedback so far...
I’ll start with the pros. The apartments are spacious, super nice office staff, and quick maintenance team. My neighbors are nice as well and it’s in a great location. Dog and cat friendly with low pet rent. Great water pressure, and the appliances work well. I also really love the events and activities that the staff puts together, and they really do their best to make everyone comfortable and at home.
Now the cons... the parking is RIDICULOUS like so many others have said. I’m a bartender and will get home late at night

I grew up in these apartments over 25 years ago and I am now currently a tenant.
The maintenance supervisor is on top of things. The ladies in the office are wonderful especially Leslee. I have been here almost a year and honestly have no complaints when it comes to any of the staff here.
Recommend living here over any other apartments in the area!!

As a returning tenant I have to say I was very disappointed as well in the recent snow and the length of time it took to clear up the sidewalks. I lived on the front(Virginia Beach Blvd). My neighbors shoveled out the snow and there was absolutely no maintenance out after to clear the sidewalks or driveways. There was literally times I had to climb over piles of snow in order to reach my snowed in vehicle. This is not at all safe for any resident. The parking has been horrible for years and there has been no change to this problem. They did add a gym in the pool area and they have a business

I moved to The Palms in September and I will say that I absolutely love it here! The staff is nice, the maintenance crew are amazing, Malibu Elementary school is 0.5 miles away and the property is centrally located so everything is extremely close! We have a new gym at the complex as well as resident activities!!

Awesome customer-oriented staff in this pleasant, quiet and well-groomed community! The maintenance crew is honest and efficient.
The Palms is ideally located a 20 minute drive from the boardwalk of Virginia Beach. It is safe, kid-friendly, and located in an excellent school district and nearby an accredited daycare (Kindercare Rosemont), BJ's, Kroger, Walmart, Target, Walgreens, Home Depot, etc.
When you are a resident, you are given the 'Palms' decal to put on the windshield of your car. It is easy to park on their private parking. A team will tour the premises daily to town

The staff here is incredible! Unfortunately You can almost never park near where you live. Like never. If you don't work and never leave then you can park near where you live. Otherwise you may as well take the bus or risk getting a ticket. Seems like a dumb complaint I know but think about coming home every night and have to park several blocks away. Forget about loading or unloading your car. First come first serve is a seriously bad parking policy. If They came up with a way to assign spots then it would be great. Until then enjoy the hike.
