First time in this area and we picked this place from reviews. It was perfect. Staff person at check in was so nice. And the room was generously sized with perfect beds. I was surprised at how well stocked the mini kitchen was. The communal balconies were fun as we met lots of other guests. And the heated pool was fabulous. Thank you so much. We will be back.

If I could leave more stars, I would! We have been staying at the Armada for over 10 years now and I wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else. Steve, Bonnie, and Gina are the most accommodating hosts; they know how to make their guests feel like family. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The property is quiet - save for the sounds of children and extended family groups having fun. Good luck getting a room because I’m never giving mine up!😀

Armada by the sea is everything you can want and more for a Jersey Shore getaway!
The room was in great condition, the newly updated renovations are beautiful. Great pool size, and steps away from the beach. The staff was also super friendly and always there to answer and questions we had. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

I cannot say enough positive things about the Armada By The Sea and Bonnie and Steve and the entire staff. This was my first time staying here, and I will definitely be back. I was supposed to stay here in July of 2019. However, 6 days before I was to leave, I had a terrible accident/fall. Bonnie was so accommodating and understanding. She refunded my entire deposit. No one else would have done that. I had to cancel again for last year because of the pandemic. I finally made it this year and I'm so happy I was able to finally stay here! My husband and I stayed for a weekend last August, the staff was amazing even with some issues they were having. Seriously the owners seem very dictated to running a great business. The night we got there it was raining harder than I ever seen before for hours, there were some issues with leaks. The staff was absolutely amazing and even with the stress of what they were going to have to repair they still checked on us multiple times to see if we needed anything. On Saturday we went to the boardwalk and while there the owner called to tell us she was refunding our entire weekend because of the issues

I'll preface this review by saying I am, by no means, a Jersey Shore person. I prefer to travel overseas for vacations, but I came here, almost begrudgingly, to link up with extended family. They've been staying at Armada every year for well over a decade, and I can understand why. Wildwood Crest and Cape May have a different vibe than northern shore points like Seaside and Point Pleasant. I found the trip to be pleasant, relaxing, and restful. Armada was a big reason for that. We loved this place! If I could leave more stars, I would! My husband and I couldn't book our normal place (Crusader!) So we decided to try this place and now we might have a new fave! We arrived many hours early of our appointment time and the people at the front desk were so nice about it!! (Side note: We arrived 20 mins early in Philly once and the girl @ the desk starred at us..🙃so the little things are appreciated!) they gave us towels to use for their pool and contacted the cleaning service to let them know we had arrived. We were there MAYBE 20 mins and they let us know our room was ready

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I am writing this review solely based on service as I didn't even get the CHANCE to get to Armada. We were called 5 days AFTER tropical storm Isaias at 6:30 PM on a Saturday to be told that our reservation had to be cancelled due to damage to the building. While I 100% understand that we were unable to stay in our ocean front room, I have never experienced worse customer service. That day, we had already booked non-refundable excursions throughout Cape May and Wildwood Crest. We lost a lot of money because Armada By the Sea called us at 6:30pm DAYS

The Armada ratings need to be more 36 stars! Ten stars would be just right. The whole staff makes us feel welcome and like family. Each year we see the yearly improvements and upgrades. Love the showers and water pressure. The view of Sentential park and the concert events make it a bonus for deck dinners and free entertainment.
The owners are always available and assist in many ways with special request. The total no smoking policy is the icing on the cake. We have been coming back for the past five years and the Armada is our go to place in Wildwood Crest.

I stayed at this place for a family trip and I definitely recommend it. Friendly staff, great location, super clean. The place is very well kept. Great pool and amazing views of the beach... it's just steps from the sand! We stayed 2 nights and when I checked out, the woman at the desk told me we were more than welcome to stay and use the pool after checking out! She just reminded us to move our car off the property and pointed out where to find free parking. We just put the car right across the street at a metered spot and enjoyed the pool for a few more hours. Overall we loved it!

We just had the pleasure of spending the last week at this inviting clean terrific hotel. This was a stay at the top of our list for every category. It is run and owned by a wonderful friendly family. It is maintained perfectly with a friendly immediate response for any reasonable request by the staff. Our suite was perfect (there were 4 adults and 2 young children) and the accommodations were great. Aside from the close proximity to the huge beautiful beach, there is a sparkling pool to accommodate all comers, The location could not be better. There are many terrific restaurants just minutes away

I'm so glad we stayed at the Armada! The office staff as well the cleaning staff are always so pleasant, professional and courteous. Their rooms are nicely sized, updated and most important CLEAN. Can't wait to go back with my family next July! Enjoy the concerts in the park. Some mornings there is Zumba in the park. You can't hear the music in your bedroom which is all the way in the back of the hotel room, only when you open the front door, so I've never had an issue with sleeping in. I have no complaints and recommend this hotel to everyone.

The motel its self is great, I just checked out the other day and the best part is being by Centennial Park sitting out watching concerts. I lost $100 in my room which has been driving me crazy, I put it in my draw and I went back the next morning and it was gone. The room did not have a safe which was absolutely ridiculous. I know it couldnt have been the maid because I lost it after they came. The maid service was fast and pretty good just carpets werent too clean and they never wiped mirrors down.

The Armada is our home away from home. The super friendly and accommodating staff make this place amazing. The motel rooms are always sparkling clean as are the motel grounds. Every morning I saw someone cleaning the pool, lounge chairs, and patios. The VIP Oceanfront rooms are always our choice, which gives you a gorgeous view of the beach from your very private balcony. I have been vacationing in Wildwood since I was a little kid, but my family never tried the Armada. I now go every year with my boyfriend and we both geek out every time we pull into the parking lot to check in every June. We

I had stayed here as a child with my parents, and hadn't been back in years, but I finally returned, and I was very pleased. Wildwood is not know for plush, 5 star hotels. The hotels are older, and that definitely adds to their charm and appeal. The good news is most are modernized, well maintained, and very clean. The Armada is no exception, and in Wildwood, it is a 4-5 star property! The staff is very polite and helpful. The room was updated, modern, and very clean. The price is slightly higher for the area, but you are in the quietness of the Crest, and you are right directly on the beach

I came here for memorial day weekend but the price was surprisingly much lower than other places I looked. I payed around 160 for 3 nights and I feel like this is an incredible price, especially considering the quality of the place. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well regulated in terms of temperature. The maid service was excellent and unobtrusive. I did not see them once but when I came back from breakfast, everything would be very clean. I also loved the location right next to the beach and they conveniently had a water hose outside near the parking lot to wash down after the beach. Parking

I've experienced this tradition two times so far, and now I'm starting to get infected. This place is really wonderful. It's in an awesome location on the beach, and its in just the right area to avoid the noise and hassle of being by the boardwalk. During the day, leave your door wide open, and let the sea breeze in. Sit on the balcony, read, and listen to the ocean. When you feel like, go lay on the sand, then swim
