I walk a walk-in and accommodated to an immediate appointment. Thank you. I was given accurate rates.
I came in to get my dip acrylics removed from elsewhere. Normal procedure: foil, acetone, cotton ball. However, a freshly boiled glass bowl of water I was to submerge my hands into… metal retains lots of heat. I was given no instruction. I could keep my hands submerged, as would singe my skin, so the nail glue and dip was partially still on. My hands were handle with uncertainty most my entire visit. I’m not sure if the tech was new, but I’ve never had my hands

My boyfriend and I went to this salon because it's been a favorite of mine in the past. We both got pedicures and It's been a couple weeks and we both are experiencing some inflamed toes. I've always known this location to be clean so I'm confused this is happening but it's tender to walk end he has two very red and swollen areas on his toes. This is scary because he's known people who have gotten such big infections and had to get surgery - places need to be aware and clean supplies. Hopefully this doesn't turn into something worse!

12/30/2020: When you first walk in, they make you check in through a tablet and then they have you wash your hands. This is great considering we're going through a pandemic. Place was clean and peaceful. Im giving three stars because I don't like the way my set came out I asked for Coffin shape but this is pretty close to the claw shape. The lady that did my nails took her time doing my nails, and said the total was $51, $1 for the filer and due to the holidays they have 20% discount on services. I paid $46, but 20% of $51 is $10.20, so it should've been $40.80 The lady did not

I recently moved to the Beaverton area and found EXP Salon based on their awesome online reviews. I called the morning of to make an appointment for a mani / pedi, and they were able to squeeze me in for the time slot I requested. When I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly employee who took my temperature, asked me to wash my hands, and then had me sign a simple COVID 19 waiver. The gal who did my shellac manicure did a fantastic job! She was very thorough with each step of the manicure (including the hand/arm massage!) which I really appreciated. Omg! This is the ABSOLUTE BEST nail salon I have ever been to. All the ladies who work here are incredibly personable and so welcoming! I love having conversations with everyone and these ladies are so consistent :) I wish I could give this salon 10 stars because they are decently priced and give incredible service! I won't go to any other salon except this one!!

I was seeking a nail salon that was still open and available for customers. I did not get good vibes from this salon. It was not inviting nor was it really clean. The shellac nail polish bottles were not organized and they had a limited selection. The nail tech barely said anything to me and the pedicure was meh. She probably spent maybe three minutes massaging one foot and a minute or so on the other. Prices were average. Service, under par. I would not recommend this nail salon.

Wow, what an amazing and thorough service. Finding a salon that does an excellent job, doesn't make you feel rushed and for a reasonable price is hard to come by. She even talked me out of dipping (would have been an upsell) BC she said my nails needed to grow In order to get the look I want, I appreciated her honesty.
My gel manicure looks perfect, my cuticles are on point, that's one of the most important things to me. She also did a FREE paraffin wax treatment on my hands, I don't think I've ever experienced that.

This used to be my favorite salon and I would recommend it to everyone, but lately it has become very impersonal and their prices have gone up. If you go during a slow time, you might have a great experience, but during the busier hours it feels very rushed. One of the things I used to love about this salon is their great attention to cuticle care but now it seems just average.

Best shellac mani/ pedi in town! Like others mentioned, they pay so much attention to detail and take their time!! That has been my issue with other places, they rush to be done with me and on to the next customer. Not once did I feel that at EXP. Hue did an amazing job! I am so pleased to have found someone I can go see consistently!
