SWEATSTAR Yoga is designed for all levels, beginner through advanced. Our yoga will help you realize the powerful wellness benefits of yoga including a stronger, toned and more flexible body and most importantly an improved state of mind encouraging relaxation, self-acceptance and self awareness. Our signature classes are practiced in an intentionally heated room and are a fusion of the Hot 26 series and Vinyasa flow.

Every person, regardless of age or ability, will move comfortably through our classes. We have created a balanced blend of static postures and dynamic flow, that will benefit the body, mind, and spirit.
Services
SWEATSTAR Yoga is specially designed for any body type and all levels of yoga practitioners. Our practice allows a complete mind and body escape. You will notice more tone, flexibility and an ability to focus. With a consistent practice you will notice an overall improved state of mind. Please arrive 15-20 minutes before the class you wish to take.
Yoga is low impact and moves with your body's natural range of motion. It is excellent for cardiac health. Unlike other forms of exercise that can eventually damage the body from overuse, with yoga, the more you practice the more you improve. Often times, hot yoga can be the bridge that helps you repair your body while still moving forward in your training.
