Established in 1998 by Bryan Doriot, BRD construction started out small, with just a few guys and a lot of man-hours spent doing residential roofs in the area. Born and raised in the Traverse City area, Bryan comes from a family of local business owners who taught him the value of hard work, honesty, and community.
Eventually, word caught on about the quality jobs done by BRD Construction and the volume and types of jobs being done by this small team of guys increased significantly. As business grew, so did BRD Construction. Bryan has passed along his experience and knowledge of the field to his hardworking crew of men, many of whom have been with the company from its beginning.

Since 1998, BRD Construction has been steadily building its reputation as a leading exterior finishes contractor in the Northern Michigan Region (servicing Traverse City, Charlevoix, Petoskey, Leelanau County, Benzie County and Antrim County). Fully licensed and insured, BRD Construction specializes in the installation of a variety of products from sheet metal and wood siding to custom rain gutters and architectural sheet metal.
We install a variety of unique and long lasting exterior finishes. We specialize in steel, aluminum, zinc, copper, Cor-ten. We also offer a line of custom fabricated siding panels made from copper, zinc or Cor-ten. We've developed tooling that allows us to make interlocking siding panels in almost any size.
