I’ll stick to buying my families glass at Vision Works. While the dr’s are great and the staff on that side is great. I will never deal with the optical side ever again. It’s the first time and last time I will ever but frames there. My son lives in the DFW area and because of school and work he was just now able to come home. His glasses broke and he patched them up as best as he could to get by until he came home. Per the optical manager Mari he altered his glasses and his warranty was voided. I was told he got one replacement not he gets one replacement if and when... I am beyond livid

Very good place to get your eyes examined. I have been wearing glasses for years. This has been by far my favorite. Dr. Nguyen explains what he is doing at every step. He shows you the images he takes of your eyes and let's you know what you are looking at. I like this place and will always be my eye doctors.

***UPDATE: I have taken off a star because I had a hard time getting a hold of someone to find out if my glasses were ready. When I placed my order originally, I was told it would take two weeks but maybe sooner. I called one week and four days and asked if my glasses were ready I was told that someone would check and call me "right back". No one did. I called two days later and was told if someone doesn't answer the phone then to leave a voicemail and someone would get right back to me. No one did. And the next day, I called again was told someone would call me back. No one did. I finally went
