A Pre-purchase Inspection provides the clients with a clear and accurate evaluation of the home's main elements. My inspection report gives the clients with the information they need to make informed decisions before moving forward as future home buyers. I Open Walls -overall framing and installation of systems can be inspected with a high degree of accuracy.

Luis with Home Sweet Home Inspections was by far the best home inspector I’ve ever worked with! He was friendly, responsive, and a consummate professional throughout the entire process. My family is relocating back to Des Moines and buying a unique, 100-year old home. Luis was very thorough in performing the home inspection, radon testing, and sewer line scoping. Our home purchase (our first home purchase ever!) was a renovation project, and we were so nervous about not only the obvious large projects we could find, but small issues we might miss. Luis was thorough in his inspection, and walked us around the entire home - inside and out - pointing out everything he noticed, no matter how small.
