We had an amazing experience with Jesus and his partner! They were incredibly thorough in our new home inspection and provided excellent customer service to my husband and I. We highly recommend him-you can tell he has lots of experience in the industry, was detailed and was very professional when explaining everything. I was very happy with the service we received for our home inspection. We are first time home buyers, and Aaron was great to work with. He was happy to help answer any questions I had (and we had plenty), and he pointed out several things I would have never even thought to ask about. When the inspection was over he gave me his card and let me know I could call if I thought of anything else.

We had Aaron walk through our new home for a full inspection, including a radon and sewer line check. He made the experience very easy and comfortable. We were able to walk through and ask questions, while they were on site doing their inspection. As first home time buyers, he made it very easy for us! Jesus came out for an inspection on an "as is" townhouse. I am the type of person who is usually early for anything, so I got there about 10 min prior to the time of the appointment and he was already there! I appreciated he wore a mask all the time (correctly, too!) His inspection was extremely thorough, and he didn't mind me tagging along the entire time peppering him with questions.
It took around 3 hours, I think. I also had them do the scope of the sewer system.

Attention homeowners and buyers- use this company for your inspections!!!! JD Nelson was the man and so informative during my recent home buying experience. This is my first home purchase and he mad sure to walk me through everything he found and taught me about the "guts" of the home I bought. So so helpful and friendly! He even gave me a scratch ticket at the end as a Good Luck, so cool! Highly recommend. Very affordable and they will do radon testing with your inspection.
